I don't have much in the way of wittiness or humor to share with you today. Given the rather awful news surrounding Slava Voynov, I'll be joined by Nick & Langluy from our own blog to try and discuss it. Maybe we'll also get into some other Kings stuff. Guess you'll have to find out.

Special Guest: Drisana Sandeen (Lebanese), Diabetes Prevention Health Educator, Indian Health Board of Minneapolis.
Show Topic: Announcing the 10th Annual "Native American Day Celebration" Sponsored by the Indian Health Board SDPI Diabetes Prevention Program, Allina Health, and Children's Hospital, Saturday September 27th, 2014 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Midtown Farmers Market.
The SDPI Diabetes Prevention Program is a program based on a study done in 2000 that proved lifestyle balance changes and education prevented diabetes by up to 57% more than prescription medications used to treat pre-diabetes. It is a 16-week weight loss and lifestyle balance program for Native Americans to learn about healthy eating, exercise and how to stay healthy despite life’s challenges. The goal is to lose 5-7% of their body weight and get 150 minutes of exercise each week, which has been shown to be the minimum amount to see positive changes in blood sugar levels. Participants wanting to join must be Native American, over 18, not pregnant, not on dialysis and not diabetic. Participants in the program receive lifestyle coaching, Philips fitness center memberships, Nice Ride Memberships, and tools and incentives to promote success!

Rod Green is a life long boxing aficionado. In 2012 Rod traveled to Vegas and made a connection with HUSTLEBOSS Owner & Founder Chris Robinson. Immediately after that timely meeting Rod began doing scribe work for Hustleboss. In a short time he proved his knack and gift for delivering rock solid interviews for Hustleboss. In the Spring of 2014 Rod happened to meet our former host, Joseph Herron. Mr. Herron immediately saw the gifted radio qualities Rodney possessed , which ultimately led to Rod making guest appearances on Tha PUGILIST K0RNER as a host & cohost. Rodney's professional background consist of on air radio personality with KROV.
When schedules permit, Rodney is joined by a guest co-host boxer, past or present, Join them as they interview our various guests, review the bouts of the week, talk about upcoming matches, and answer questions posed by callers/listeners. Twice a year, in the spring and fall, we gather starseeds with the specific astrological Star Markings that identify them as a member of a particular soul group, which we call the Crystal Soul group. People come to Arkansas from across the globe to answer the call of the crystals, receive crystal activations, personal empowerment and reunite with soul family. There is soul recognition, and together each Quest group adds to the energy matrix of the previous groups in service to the Crystal Grid. We're announcing the next Crystal Quest to Arkansas, May 10 to 16, winding up on Pleiadean Line Up. At our last Quest in September 2014, we saw a nearly unbelievable pattern emerge, demonstrating that these gatherings are orchestrated from Galactic sources. We're happy to have several from that group with us on the show to share their thoughts and stories about the Crystal Quest.
If you have the galactic degrees of 25, 26, 27 in any of these signs - Aquarius or Leo, Capricorn or Cancer, Taurus or Scorpio, you have the Rites of Passage to participate. If you'd like more info, just email crystals(at)starseedhotlineD0Tcom
At the top of the show, it's Anastasia's Starseed News, bringing stories of interest to Starseeds that you won't hear in the mainstream!
Thanks so much for tuning in, and Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at StarseedHotline: Lavandar, Arielle, Tammie, Anastasia, Fiona, Vania and Klaudija
the president of the St. Louis County Police Association, said tonight on CNN that the long wait for the Ferguson grand jury decision is “like the night before Christmas.”
Erin Burnett asked Crocker why the grand jury decision was delayed so much for so long. Crocker didn’t say much beyond commenting on the “amount of logistical issues” that they would have to deal with.
He then went on to say, “It’s just like the night before Christmas. We all get a little impatient, so on and so forth.”
The “night’ part there is actually an issue of concern, with questions about why the grand jury will be announcing at night, as opposed to early in the morning, when the likelihood for any heated backlash would be lessened.
As a personal survivor of a few awful break ups, this resistance to intimacy makes complete sense to me. Our minds go to great lengths to avoid repeating past pain. If the script in your mind is telling you “Remember the last time you opened up to someone? It really didn’t end well for you…” then you will have a natural reluctance to opening up to anyone else.
But you must. For your emotional fulfillment, and that of your partners, you have to learn how to let people in. You can amass a perfect structure of health, wealth, and personality… but if it is all a front to keep people at arm’s distance then you won’t ever be truly fulfilled. Maybe there was an awful break up. Maybe someone cheated. Or someone made you feel not good enough.
And you’re afraid to let someone in. By learning to choose vulnerability and let someone see you for who you are, you will gain access to a world of fulfillment, joy, creativity, and blissful love.
1. Figure Out Your Emotional Patterns: Everyone has them, but few people are aware of what they are.
2. Communication: Once you figure out what your fears and emotional patterns are telling you, make sure you let your partner in on them.
3. Let Them Love You When You Need It The Most: Let your partner help you when you feel at your weakest… they want to help you through your old pain.
Why Is Intimacy So Scary? Love will always be a risk. But you can either risk letting someone see you for who you are, or you can risk not having ever experienced a true intimacy.

What sort of events? Well, there should be plenty. In the wake of Survivor Series we were left with more questions than answers. Where to Dean Ambrose and Bray Wyatt go as their feud moves in an ultraviolent direction? With The Authority now out of power, what will happen to the guys from the losing team and, for that matter, the Team Cena betraying Big Show? Futhermore, who will take the reigns of power over WWE? Will Sting show up? Most important, will Damien Mizdow have a couple of kids' size replica tag belts? Because he so should. In addition, we'll be announcing who won the FREE Late Shift t-shirt in our Survivor Series contest!
