Curtis Harwell Discusses Why Carbohydrates are not the Devil Part 2

    in Fitness

    What are saccharides?

Saccharides, or carbohydrates, are sugars or starches. Saccharides consist of two basic compounds: aldehydes (composed of double-bonded carbon and oxygen atoms, plus a hydrogen atom), and keytones (composed of double-bonded carbon and oxygen atoms, plus two additional carbon atoms).

There are various types of saccharides, including monosaccharides, disaccharides, and polysaccharides.

    Monosaccharides

This is the smallest possible sugar unit. Examples include glucose, galactose or fructose. When we talk about blood sugar we are referring to glucose in the blood; glucose is a major source of energy for a cell.2 In human nutrition, galactose can be found most readily in milk and dairy products, while fructose is found mostly in vegetables and fruit.

When monosaccharides merge together in linked groups they are known as polysaccharides.

    Disaccharides

Two monosaccharide molecules bonded together. Disaccharides are polysaccharides - "poly..." specifies any number higher than one, while "di..." specifies exactly two. Examples of disaccharides include lactose, maltose, and sucrose. If you bond one glucose molecule with a fructose molecule you get a sucrose molecule.

Sucrose is found in table sugar, and is often formed as a result of photosynthesis (sunlight absorbed by chlorophyll reacting with other compounds in plants). If you bond one glucose molecule with a galactose molecule you get lactose, which is commonly found in milk.

THE FLASH TALK Podcast Episode 13 - S1 Ep 13 THE NUCLEAR MAN

    in Television

The team attempts to track Ronnie's whereabouts after he injures a scientist. Knowing that Dr. Martin Stein is in control of Ronnie's body, they use his wife to talk Stein/Ronnie into coming back to the lab for testing. Meanwhile, Joe enlists Cisco's help to identify who murdered Barry's mother. Cisco discovers an old mirror left in the former Allen home that captured images from the night of the murder, and Joe finds blood from two people behind some new wallpaper, one of whom was likely the killer. Joe asks Cisco to compare the blood to Dr. Wells', but Cisco refuses to believe Dr. Wells is involved. Dr. Wells discovers that Ronnie and Dr. Stein's atoms are in conflict, and if it continues they will become nuclear. Dr. Wells determines that the tachyon device recharging his speed could be converted to a quantum splicer to stabilize Ronnie's body and separate the two personalities. Dr. Snow uses the device; Ronnie's body still goes nuclear, but safely away from the city. The explosion alerts General Eiling, who orders a team to recover F.I.R.E.S.T.O.R.M. Cisco runs the blood samples and informs Joe that while neither is from Dr. Wells, one is from an adult Barry.

Author Interview: Peter Strassberg MD on God, Gravity And The Big Bang

    in Books

THE BIG BANG is modern myth. It never occurred. It, and much of current science (particle physics) is but today’s version of the Biblical Creation and Fall. In this book, Dr. Strassberg takes us on a journey—a voyage of understanding. By opening a portal to a different dimension, the book leaves the reader with a deeper insight into our world and the forces that shape it. The Hunger For More is an excursion into the realm of the very small (the quantum world of atoms and particles) and the exceedingly large—the universe with its awesome structure. As we travel, it allows us to make sense of what to Einstein was “spooky” action at a distance, and helps us to unravel the ever-perplexing wave–particle enigma. It shows dark energy to be an illusion, inflation to be, essentially, infinitely impossible, and cosmic microwave background radiation (the supposed glue holding the Big Bang together) to be fundamentally misunderstood. It explores the concepts of force and time, finding an underlying essence—to those of science, gravity; to those of faith, God. It is an exciting adventure well worth taking. PETER STRASSBERG, M.D. is a a practicing physician in the New York Metropolitan area.

Dave Kane: Ormus And The Science Behind Monatomic Elements

    in Science

On the January 28, 2015 edition of "Nature Of Reality Radio" I welcome Dave Kane to talk about ormus elements which are atoms in an orbitally rearranged, monatomic state. Ormus appears to be a fifth state of matter–solid, liquid, gas, plasma, and ormus. To date, at least forty-four elements, from hydrogen to potassium to gold, have been observed in the ormic state.

Ormic elements are monatomic, not part of chemical compounds. They have unusual properties. There is considerable evidence that ancient societies utilized elements in their ormic state. These materials have been called by various names at different times, but their properties are recognizable from their descriptions. The ormic state contains “high spin,” “Cooper paired” electrons.

Five percent of the dry weight of the human brain and nervous system are composed of ormic elements (and perhaps five percent of everything else as well). Ormic elements are essential to the structure and function of all living things.

It’s all about Matter! - Dream Catchers - Les Paul

    in Health

Matter on Dream Catchers with Les Paul.

Matter is tonight’s topic, Why Matter? Do I matter what your Brain is made of well Matter of course isn’t it silly! We all Matter and it is my goal using the word Matter to show you how you and I Matter and what we can build together when we realize we can do amazing things anyway!!!!

Now think of the word Matter and how it applies to you in every way. For example: Before the 20th century, the term matter included ordinary matter composed of atoms and excluded other energy phenomena such as light or sound. Matter commonly exists in four states (or phases): solid, liquid and gas, and plasma. However, advances in experimental techniques have revealed other previously theoretical phases, such as Bose–Einstein condensates and fermionic condensates.

Now put into context the fact that you entire brain is made of matter and if you add a brain injury to that you come up with multiple combinations and unrealistic reasons that we survivors aren’t capable of recovering to our maximum potential and crush the myth and the lie that in 2015 survivors can’t make it out of the despair of disability when say YES WE CAN IN 2015 as we enter s brave new World of discovery of and enter into a new phase as inspired survivors that believe that what MATTERS, Is the power between our ears and the hunger to make creative and new changes that will teach us all that there is a much better way to live with a disability and feel powerful at the same time.

Your Health, Your Choice: Owesome Ozone

    in Health

At YHYC, we love to keep going back to the most important basics, especially as our world gets more complicated to thrive in. This week, we discuss the incomparable health champion that is OZONE. Yes, take the humble oxygen molecule, split it - and voila, each oxygen atom will quickly combine with an oxygen molecule to form the unstable but brilliantly potent blue gas made of 3 oxygen atoms called ozone (03).  Some people say there is "good" ozone and "bad" ozone, but it's only the toxins and impurities of this fallen world that cause ozone to react in dangerous ways. Medical grade ozone, which is our topic, is your best friend if you are struggling with various health issues, and we will share some great info this week n how it is being used to keep bodies healthy and filled with life-giving oxygen. Whether you use it for maintenance (ozonated water or oils) or are working with a practitioner to include therapeutic spas, IVs, insufflations or in a combination of protocols, you need to get to know ozone and its long history of supporting health. Join writer/researcher Sandy Bloomfield for the discussion and write in with any questions or comments: sandy@bloomtolife.com.

Blessings and happy digging as you discover this true treasure and gift from God...OZONE!
