Wow, how many times have to thought woe is me or poor me or wanted to write a very sad song about how bad we have it we have all been there. Today I am going to help you get your mind right because so many people have their minds in the trash heep or garbage can or negative ville or the land of the lost argh!
Then we have an entirely different beast altogether, where you listen to the wrong voice and start buying what that evil dark force is selling you and that can lead down a dark path and really take you down. I hate when it happens to me where the enemy will tru and sell me all sorts of lies and deceit and I am like dude get out of my head! And the bottom line is we have the mind of Christ and can if we are trained keep a right mind at all times and keep our emotions in check.
Raw emotions are good and some can be bad and if we are not in the right mind or gaurding our hearts and in battle mode in the name of Jesus things can get squirrly so I am hoping to close the week out with you this week and dive into our thought lives and what we think about and what of that is actually profitable and what is destructive and how we can better our mind and emotions through the grace that is in Jesus, the word of God!
Yesterday, on Caregiving.com, Denise wrote about an award honoring family caregivers for putting their lives on hold for caregiving. (You can read her commentary here.)
So, tonight, on Your Caregiving Journey, we're taking your calls to discuss this further. We're wondering, Do we win only if we lose?
Please call during the show and tell us what you think.
It' really isn't my 23rd broadcast, actually it's the 2nd. I am an avid watcher of TV. Each Monday I will recap and chat about what's going on with my fave television shows. This week I will chime in on why they took off one of my favorite shows Don't Trust The B in apt 23. I will also be chatting about Touch, The Following, Vampire Diaries, The Walking Dead, Deception, Supernatural, Being Human, Arrow and Cult. And also a few others like The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Let me know some of the shows you like. And there will be no talk about Scandal. I can't pick up another show.... argh!!!
Jack and Brian have decided to cancel ToonsLympics since the one thing they need to pull it off is missing: Energy.
We all need things in life, whether it's physical, emotional or symbolic. Jack and Brian need to vent. And a venti latte, whipped cream and sugar. Get on that. Comprende?
The show goes on:) and on... Little did you know I could fit an entire 2 hour show into 15 minutes?? Yeah I am pretty good at slacking very efficiently. This show should be two hours instead of the 15 minute mess on 4/19. Argh... no worries, like I said... the show goes on. We will be talking about music and business and the way of the samurai and the way of the ninja and the way of the hopeless gamer? Really guys? Just kidding. Wait... that just became a topic. Gamers. Nice. And we get to talk beer and current events and life and love and... I don't know... hate? Sure:)
