A genuine paradigm shift. While mainstream science materialist, a substantial number of scientists are supporting and developing a paradigm based on the primacy of consciousness. Dr. Amit Goswami, Ph.D., a pioneer of this revolutionary new perspective within science shares with us his vision of the unlimited potential of consciousness as the groun of all being, and how this revelation can actually help us to live better. The Quantum Activist tells the story of a man who challenges us to re-think our very notions of existence and reality, with a force and scope not felt since Einstein. This film bridges the gap between God and Science. The work of Goswami, with stunning precision and without straying from the rigors of quantum mechanics, reveals the overarching unity inherent in the worlds major religions and mystical traditions.

Amit Goswami, Ph.D. is a professor of theoretical nuclear physics. He is a pioneer of the new paradigm of science called “science within consciousness”, an idea he explicated in his seminal book, The Self-Aware Universe. In his private life, Goswami is a practitioner of spirituality and transformation. He calls himself a quantum activist. Goswami also appeared in the film "What the Bleep Do We Know"
Goswami has written several other popular books demonstarting how science and spirituality could be integrated. He also developed a theory of survival after death and reincarnation and he instructs readers in how one might engage in both outer and inner creativity. In his book, God is Not Dead, he demonstrated that not only are science and religion compatible, but that quantum physics proves the existence of God. Challenging us to utilize the transformative power of quantum physics to change ourselves and our social institutions, In How Quantum Activism Can Save Civilization, he guides us into a solution space in order to broach problems stemming from materialism, such as economic meltdowns, terrorism, and global warming.
In his most recent book, Quantum Creativity: think Quantum Be Creative, (publication in March, 2014), Goswami explains all facets of creativity.
Interview with the Quantum Activist Dr. Amit Goswami.. He has been seen in several films such as What the Bleep Do We Know and has wrote several books to help expand the mind into high consciousness. His website can be found at: http://www.amitgoswami.org/His bio is: Professor of physics at the University of Oregon’s Institute of Theoretical Science for over 30 years, (now retired) Dr. Goswami is a revolutionary in a growing body of renegade scientists who in recent years have ventured into the domain of the spiritual in an attempt both to interpret the seemingly inexplicable findings of their experiments... and to validate their intuitions about the existence of a spiritual dimension of life.

Steve Maraboli is joined by bestselling author and renowned physicist, Amit Goswami, for another powerful and life-changing conversation about life, physics, health, and the human potential. Amit has recently released his latest book, "The Quantum Doctor". About the book: For quantum physicist Amit Goswami, medicine is a timely area of application for the new science based on the primacy of consciousness. This new science has a spectacular ability to integrate conventional science, spirituality, and healing. If any field needs integration, says Goswami, it is medicine and healing.
Goswami boldly reinterprets the leading methods of alternative medicine -- homeopathy, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, Ayurveda, and conventional medicine in this new edition of his popular book. He shows how these seemingly different models can be combined into a new system of integrative medicine and offers profound insights into the relationship between physics and consciousness.
This approach offers physicians and patients a whole new way of applying healthcare with a greater potential for healing and could be the basis for a major paradigm shift in medicine.
Quantum Creativity: Think Quantum, Be Creative with Dr. Amit Goswami
In this mind-expanding work, physicist Amit Goswami, Ph.D., explores the world of human creativity - the ultimate source of joy and fulfillment - through the lens of quantum physics, and offers up a unique way to nurture and enhance your own creativity.
According to quantum physics, reality occurs on two levels: possibility and actuality. Goswami uses this same duality to explore what he calls "quantum thinking", which focuses on two levels of thinking - the conscious mind of actuality and the unconscious mind of possibility. He then poses questions that probe the wellspring of creation that exists in each of us. What is creativity? Can anyone be creative? And through this inquiry, he lays out a guidebook for understanding the power of the mind to access creativity in a whole new way.
Combining the art of creativity with the objectivity of science, Quantum Creativity uses empirical data to support this new method of thinking and outlines how to harness our innate abilities in order to live more creatively.
Amit Goswami, Ph. D. is a professor of theoretical nuclear physics (retired the University of Oregon where he served) at since 1968. He is a pioneer of the new paradigm of science called “science within consciousness”, an idea he explicated in his seminal book, The Self-Aware Universe, where he also solved the quantum measurement problem elucidating the famous observer effect.

In, Quantum Creativity: Think Quantum, Be Creative (March, 2014), Goswami explains all facets of creativity—its definition, the quantum thinking it entails, and what is required to be creative. Most interestingly, Goswami says, “Every human being has creative potential, and grasping the quantum process—do-be-do-be-do—will help everyone to explore his or her creative potential.”
Addition Goswami wrote, THe Self-Aware Universe, The Visionary Window, Physics of the Soul, The Quantum Doctor, Creative Evolution, God is not Dead, and How Quantum Activisim can Save Civilization!
Consciousness does matter. It begins in the brain and ends up with you making better choices, like riding a bike instead of driving a car. Our guests this Friday are walking their talk and changing the face of the planet and the landscapes of how we see our minds.

Steve welcomes best-selling author Amit Goswami for an penetrating conversation about God, the universe, and quantum physics. Amit is the author of the popular book, "God Is Not Dead". The book is a fascinating guided tour of quantum physics, consciousness, and the existence and experience of God. Amit shows readers that God’s existence can be found in clues that the science of quantum physics reveals.
Goswami helps readers to break through their materialistic conditioning, viewing reality as defined by Newtonian physics, to become free through a quantum understanding and experience of consciousness and God.
In fact, God Is Not Dead argues for a quantum activism, leading a balanced life that incorporates both the quantum and material worlds and an experience of consciousness.
God Is Not Dead will change how readers think and experience the nature of reality, the existence of souls, the power of dreams, the universality of love, the possibility of ESP, and the very mind of God.
