Stress is a major health issue in our modern world, and one we hear a lot about, but may not know exactly how to deal with it on a personal level. Join host Miriam Henke as we explore the topic of "Stress: How FasterEFT Can Help" with special guest, Judy Timperon.
FasterEFT is a system that enables physical healing as a result of clearing emotional issues. As Robert G. Smith, the developer of FasterEFT teaches, “The mind is the body, and the body is the mind.” What this means is that what we think about in our mind is reflected in the physical body via the body’s meridian system. As stress is our body’s reaction to perception, when we change what we hold within, our perceptions change & our stress levels go down significantly. Judy Timperon began her career as a High School Teacher, Part time Lecturer at Uni, Curriculum Writer in the Education Department, Counselling and 10 yrs ago she "grew up" and left the school environment. She studied EFT with great success and then evolved to FasterEFT. Since then her business has grown so much that she is booked out well in advance, mentors other Practitioners, runs workshops for Practitioners and for the General Public.

The eight Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) – which range from halving extreme poverty to halting the spread of HIV/?AIDS and providing universal primary education – have been a milestone in global and national development efforts. The framework has helped to galvanize development efforts and guide global and national development priorities. While three of the eight goals have been achieved prior to the final deadline of 2015 progress has been uneven within and across countries. In the documentary "Diner en Blanc: The World's Largest Dinner Party," told in French with subtitles, Jennifer Ash reveals the inner workings of a phenomenon called Diner en Blanc, which has grown beyond its French founder's, Francois Pasquier, expectations, spreading to over 19 cities around the world.
Dressed in white, invitees arrive at a secret location and quickly set up tables, finery and gourmet food to feast and dance until midnight, leaving the premises spotless.
Complely non-political and non-commercial, this event is a unique gem. Ash explores this 24 year tradition and its amazing expansion to over 19 countries around the world. She focuses on one event in Paris that brought in 13,000 participants.
Ash went on to work on her current project -- "Iris Apfel: New York's Rare Bird of Fashion" a film with legendary filmmaker Albert Maysles.
Ash is also an editor and author.
