Plot Summary: We've always known that Spider-Man's most important battle has been within himself: the struggle between the ordinary obligations of Peter Parker and the extraordinary responsibilities of Spider-Man. But in "The Amazing Spider-Man 2," Peter Parker finds that his greatest battle is about to begin.
It's great to be Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield). For Peter Parker, there's no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: Oscorp.

If you like Spider-Man, you are probably familiar with the alien Symbiote Venom. Peter Parker's early run in with his sentient costume, at first, was welcomed. But then things took a dire turn as events led Parker to realize his symbiotic relationship with the alien costume needed to end. In the 616, Peter was able to separate himself from the costume w/ the help of some of his super hero buddies... but What If...?
Join Ronnie Adams, from the Screaming Boy Podcast, and myself, your constant Christmas Ham fisted host, Jesse Starcher as we take a brief look at how things may have turned out differently in "What If...? The Alien Costume Possessed Spider-Man "

Tonight I will bring you the first in a series of "mini-sodes" to pass the time away over the next 2 weeks. I have decided that a quick glimpse into Marvel's "What If...?" series could provide us some great content. And where better to start other than Volume 1, Issue 1, "What If...? Spider-Man Joined the Fantastic Four." A series that dealt with the limitless possibilities out there that if one event had or had not happened in the Marvel Universe... just how changed could things be?
Source Material brings you the first DC/Marvel company crossover that details the meetings of the 2 company mainstays... Superman and Spider-Man! 1976 was a long time ago but the story is timeless. Tune in at 10:30 tonight to catch a summary of the caper that brought these two super heroes together for a rare team up of epic proportions!
This episode is a spoilers episode. We will be talking about both movies, X-Men Days of Future Past and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (quite possibly some other movies and shows as well) but if you do not want the movies revealed to you we understand.. just pick another episode. Of ours of course! If you're listening still we're going in on just how good (or bad) these movies happened to be.
