    "We Must Talk" says Amani

    in Culture

Hosted by Amen Re Menethoupe. The Neter Sesen (The Instruction of Hordedef): He says:"Cleanse yourself before your own eyes, lest another cleanse you". When You prosper, found your household, take a mistress of heart, a son will be born to you. It is for the son that You build a house when you make a place for yourself. Make a good dwelling in the graveyard, make worthy your station in the Afterlife. Accept that death humbles us, accept that life exalts us, the house of death is for life. Seek for yourself well-watered fields

    Into The Life And Light

    in Culture

Hosted by Amen Re MenetHoupe. The Neter Sesen Book 3 Verses 1-4: The glory of all things, Amen and that which is Divine, and the Divine Nature, the beginning of things that are. Amen, and the Mind, and Nature, and Matter, and Operation, or Working and Necessity, and the End and Renovation. For there were in the Chaos, an infinite darkness in the Abyss or Bottom-less Depth, and Water, and a subtle  Spirit intelligible in Power; and there went out the Holy Light, and the Elements were coagulated from the Sand out of the moist Substance. And all the Neter distinguished the Nature full of Seeds.

    Time To Build

    in Culture

Hosted by Amen Re MenetHoupe. The Neter Sesen Book 6 Verse 4: One thing is the Beginning of all things, for it gives all things; and when I name the Good, I mean that which is altogether and always Good.

The Neter Sesen Book 17 Verses 30-34: For men that think so, suffer that which is most ridiculous of all; for professing to bless and praise Amen yet in not ascribing to Him the making or doing of All things, they know Him not. And besides not knowing Him, attributing to Him Passions, as Pride, or Oversight, or Weakness, or Ignorance, or Envy. For if He does not make or do all things, He is either proud or not able, or ignorant, or envious, which is impious to affirm. For Amen has only one Passion, namely Good and he that is good is neither proud, nor impotent, nor the rest, but Amen is Good itself. For Good is all power, to do or make all things, and everything that is made is made by Amen, that is by the Good and that can make or do all things.

The Neter Sesen Book 4 Verses 18-19: For shining steadfastly upon and round about the whole Mind it enlightens all the Soul; and releasing it from the Bodily Senses and Motions, it draws it from the Body, and changes it fully into the Essence of Amen. For it is Possible for the Soul, O Son, to be Deified while yet it Lodges in the Body of Man, if it Contemplate the Beauty of the Good.
