Striking a chord on a grand scale, native Texan Breelan Angel landed on the country music scene in true Lone Star fashion; launching independent label, MisBhavin’ Records, she released three singles, all of which have impacted the MusicRow Country Breakout Chart and, and released her debut album, "Dirty Little Secrets," to much critical acclaim on June 24th.
Breelan's anthemic debut, “It’s My Turn,” sealed her spot as “One To Watch” (CMA Close-up) and, hot on its heels, she wasted no time in getting her sophomore effort, “Halfway To Wasted,” out to fans and radio. Celebrating as it soared to the Top 40 (MusicRow) and Top 50 (Billboard Indicator) spots on national charts, the heartfelt and emotionally charged tune earned the praises of critics and fans alike (Robert K. Oermann of MusicRow recognized it with a “Discovery Award” honor). Breelan's third radio single, "Double Standards," is quickening its pace as it climbs the charts.

In this episode of The Red Light Sports Ramble; presented by The Red Light Sports Network, Evan Witalison and Troy Otradovec will talk about the Green Bay Packers traveling to New Orleans, to take on the Saints. The Packers enter the game on a four game winning streak, and a 5-2 record. The Saints are coming off a last quarter collapse, that saw them lose to the Detroit Lions. The good news for the Saints (2-4), they are 2-0 at home. When you look at Offense, the Saints are ranked 2nd in both total offense and passing (437 and 314 yards, respectively). The Green Bay Packers are ranked 25th, in total offense, and 20th, in passing offense. These stats could be a bit misleading, because you have to take into account that the offense was in cruise control for much of the fourth quarters, against the Vikings and Panthers. On Defense, the Saints are ranked 12th, in yards allowed. The Packers are right behind them at 14th. The biggest difference may be in passing yards allowed, the Packers are ranked 6th, allowing only 214.9 yards per game. The Saints have struggled stopping the pass, allowing 270.5 yards per game. Stopping the run has been a problem for both teams, particulary the Packers. However, in recent weeks they have imporved but statistically, they are still giving up 147.9 yards per game. Listen to the show to see what the keys to the game are. Fasten your seat belts and put your foot on the gas, we are previewing the Packers vs. Saints, on Sunday Night Football.

This is a very important show if you are facing foreclosure or the loss of your home in California. There is a new "pilot program" that certain California Superior Courts are following that allows judges to order foreclose litigants into mandatory settlement conferences.
A mandatory settlement conference is a conference between the banks, loan serivcers and possibly foreclosure trustees, which will put the homeowner across the table with the lawyers for the financial institutions before the loan process of filing amended complaints, engaging in costly discovery, and taking a foreclosure case to trial. It is a chance to let the parties air our their differences, or agree on certain issues moving forward.
Whether this will be the panacea California homeowners are looking for remains to be seen. But I just wanted to keep California foreclosure cllients aware of this new update regarding the Shriver Foreclosure Mandatory Settlement Conference.
