CUTV News spotlights Heidi Garis of Tap Into Abundance Now Success Coaching

    in Self Help

Philadelphia, PA – Are you sick and tired of being panicked about money? Do you go to bed at night worried about your business and finances? If you’ve had enough of not having enough, then it’s time to trade struggle for freedom and step firmly on a path to prosperity.

Heidi Garis is the founder of Tap Into Abundance Now Success Coaching, where she helps heart-centered entrepreneurs and professionals create more money and more success. Heidi helps her clients address their struggles and empowers them to transform their striving into thriving, their struggle into success and their “less” into “more.”

“We work from the inside-out,” says Heidi. “Once we clear your emotional and energetic blocks, we talk about what you can do to move you forward in your business and career."

While serving as a language instructor and cultural liaison in Japan for 10 years, Heidi was introduced to the world of holistic healing as an alternative to western medicine and pharmaceuticals. But it wasn’t until she discovered EFT tapping that she found what she was meant to do. With EFT, clients tap on acupuncture points while focusing on an issue like pain, stress or limiting beliefs. When you stimulate the body’s energy system, the lines of energy open, fears subside, blocks release and the body and the mind is clear to heal.

“Money was a huge issue for me. It ruled my life and held me back in terms of what I could make and how successful I could be,” recalls Heidi. “Now I’m in a whole different place. Thanks to the internal changes I’ve made, my financial success is a natural outcome and keeps on growing.”

Welcome Heidi Olinger, CEO of Pretty Brainy, Inc. - Replay

    in Lifestyle

Heidi Olinger is founder and CEO of Pretty Brainy, Inc., a Colorado-based company that creates educational content to support teachers in their mission. Pretty Brainy specializes in project-based STEAM/science-technology-engineering-art-math programming to help educators excite students about learning and prepare them — especially girls — to pursue the broadest of career options.

Olinger began her work as an educator in 1990, focusing on students provisionally admitted to the University of Colorado. With a devotion to experimental pedagogy, she developed practices in student-centered teaching and over the next 10 years received multiple awards for teaching excellence, including the Boettcher Foundation Award.

Drawn to social entrepreneurship, she became a communications strategist in 2000 and senior writer for Colorado’s leading magazine on women in business. Also in 2000, however, she developed a close relationship with a niece who inspired her to form Pretty Brainy.

To fulfill her own heroic mission, Olinger launched Pretty Brainy, Smart Goods for Smart Girls, in 2008, and in 2010 Pretty Brainy girls’ T-shirts won the highest honor from the Mom’s Choice Awards. In 2012 Olinger introduced FashionablyMashed, an interdisciplinary mash-up of fashion design and STEAM for schools and nonprofit organizations. Inside and outside of Pretty Brainy she speaks on the success of girls and women in math and science. Contact her at heidi@prettybrainy.com.

Sorenson, who got her start doing local community theater, spent time in her hometown being part of professional theater companies as well as working in commercials and voice-over projects. She continued to challenge herself and spent summers auditioning for Broadway as well as studying acting, voice, and dance in New York City before moving to Los Angeles at the age of twelve to pursue a career in television and film.

Sorenson’s hard work and dedication shined through, and eighteen months after moving to the west coast she booked the lead role on a FOX pilot, “The Gabriels” with Angela Kinsey (“The Office), Tim Meadows (“Mean Girls”), and Rob Riggle (“The Hangover”). Soon after, she booked the role of ‘Heidi’ on Disney XD’s “Kickin It.
