Elena Sanchez started performing during her childhood in productions such as "Return to Neverland" and "The Nutcracker." A dedicated gymnast and athlete her entire life, Elena turned out to be a natural performer. However, it wasn't until her time at Cornell University that Elena seriously considered a career in the entertainment industry and began studying her craft. After graduating, Elena moved to New York City to pursue her dream and continued her studies at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute. A brief stint in Florida brought Elena her first starring role in a professional theater production and several lead roles in short films. Since then, she has worked on 13 feature films and went back to school to study at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. Elena is now working out of Hollywood South but is available for bookings around the globe. She drops by on Monday, April 22, at 7pm EST.

Sean Kanan (AJ, General Hospital)
Sean Kanan is an internationally renowned actor best known for is iconic role as Deacon Sharpe in the daytime drama The Bold and the Beautiful. Sean has been a hard-working actor ever since receiving his degree from UCLA. Shortly after graduation, he landed one of the major roles in the megahit Karate Kid III, starring as Ralph Macchio’s nemesis. He followed quickly followed with roles on the TV series produced by Francis Ford Coppola’s The Outsiders, and Oliver Stone’sWild Palms. He subsequently moved to network television with roles on General Hospital, Sunset Beach, The Bold and the Beautiful, and The Young and the Restless.
Recently, with soap opera fans clamoring for his return, Sean revived his role as Deacon Sharpe on The Young and The Restless, the show from which The Bold and The Beautiful was spun off and recently returned as AJ Quartermaine on General Hospital. Sean also recently completed filming of Prodigal, the directorial debut Julie Pacino, the daughter of Al Pacino, in which he was cast as in the leading role.
Other TV credits include guest roles on Freddy, Who’s the Boss?, VIP,The Nanny, Walker: Texas Ranger, Lois and Clark, and True Jackson VP. Film credits include Hack, where he starred and served as Executive Producer, as well as the comedy, Chump Change, the action films Chaos Factor and Extreme Limits, and the independent film 10 Attitudes.
In addition to acting, Kanan frequents the comedy club circuit and makes numerous appearances at the world famous Hollywood “Improv,” “The Laugh Factory” and the “HaHa,” where he offers his perspective on his ten years in daytime television, his time living in Italy when he was a featured contestant on the Italian Dancing with the Stars, and getting beaten up in Karate Kid III. He also toured with the USO, entertaining in places such as Bosnia and Kosovo.

Jose Ramon Sanchez, Ph.D. is Associate Professor of Political Science and Chair of Urban Studies at Long Island University - Brooklyn His education; BA, Columbia University; MA, University of Michigan; PhD, New York University Dr. Sanchez is a political theorist who has concentrated on urban political economy, American politics and the nature of power, Sanchez is a respected authority on Puerto Rican and Latino politics. He has published widely in those fields and is author of the book Boricua Power: A Political History of Puerto Ricans in the United States, published by New York University Press. He is a co-author of The Iraq Papers, and Board Chair/co-founder of the National Institute for Latino Policy (NiLP). Sánchez is the Guest Editor of the forthcoming 2013 special issue, "Latino PowerResurrection," of the journal Camino Real published by the Instituto Universitario de Investigación en Estudios Norteamericanos Benjamin Franklin of the Universidad de Alcalá in Spain (Instituto Franklin - UAH).
