On tonight's show host Pamela Marie Edmunds will be interviewing Author Hilary Jamron. They will be discussing Hilary's book "Surrealistic Trials; Surving Life After Death." What happened to HIlary? What did she learn? What can we learn from her experience?
More About Hilary Jamron;
Hilary Jamron “died” from a drug overdose at the age of eighteen and journeyed to the so-called Other Side. Defying all odds, a grim prognosis, and a lengthy coma, she managed not only to survive but also to maintain conscious contact with both her higher self and her guardian angel. Despite having sustained a permanent brain injury, she graduated college with a B.S. in community social psychology at Johnston Center for Integrative Studies, one of the University of Redlands' Centers of Distinction. After that, she established a successful career in the mental health field, working in substance abuse, dual diagnosis, and—for the past twenty years—with schizophrenics.
Her writing has been published in both national and international educational and professional publications through the University of Washington, the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and the Public Health Agency of Canada. The impact of her hepatitis C exacerbated Hilary’s brain damage and ultimately forced her to give up her career. Her health issues progressed and now limit her physical mobility as well as cognitive functioning, yet she teaches by example that we must never give up.

Near Death Experience (NDE) Death and Life Review
Barbara Bartolome is a moving force behind the notion that near-death experiences, and the gifts resulting from them, are meant to be shared with the world. After her NDE on the operating table in 1987, she has gone on to become the founding director of the Santa Barbara, California, chapter of IANDS, and most recently was named to the board of directors of IANDS’ national organization.
I've lived in Santa Barbara since 1983. My husband, children, and I have long enjoyed helping and volunteering in the community. Besides expanding my knowledge on NDE's, my interests are in the areas of photography, travel, genealogy, & scrapbooking.
As an NDE Experiencer myself, I am creating IANDS Santa Barbara to provide educational resources and a friendly, supportive monthly group meeting to help other Experiencers and their loved ones, Individuals facing a terminal illness or experiencing grief, Health Care Professionals, Caregivers, Educators, and the General Public, to better understand near-death and similar experiences, the often profound effect they often have on people's lives, and their implications for beliefs about life, death, and human purpose.
Induced after-death communication (IADC) is a real breakthrough in the fields of grief and trauma therapy. Allan L. Botkin, a Doctor of Psychology, worked for 20 years at a VA hospital and specialized in treating PTSD among combat veterans. He discovered that a variation of EMDR, or eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing, reliably induced after-death communications in his patients, giving them dramatic relief from the anger, guilt and sadness they had been carrying. He has since expanded the use of the technique with impressive results, which are described in his book, Induced After Death Communication.
Dr. Botkin’s websites are www.induced-adc.com and for veterans and their families: www.healingafterthewar.org.
In her death and comatose state, Hilary had traveled to the Other Side. When she died, part of her soul refused to come back. That part of her higher self chose to remain where peace and simplicity reign, forever with her angel, Mary. Upon regaining consciousness, she was steadfastly sure of herself and her direction. She had never given up in life before and she refused to give up now. She also recognized that on some level she was different now.
Hilary’s new book, Surrealistic Trials: Surviving My Life After Death tells how she has managed to live a full life without the fear of death. Her experiences on the Other Side helped shape her outlook on the many struggles to come, such as being diagnosed with Hepatitis C and Breast Cancer, as well as being told that she was “disabled.” Hilary lives her life in many different realities, and maintains the belief that she is not her body but a higher consciousness moving through life lessons one day at a time.
Hilary Jamron’s work has been published in both national and international educational and professional publications through the University of Washington, the Federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, and the Public Health Agency of Canada. She currently resides in Bellingham, Washington with her helper and trusted doggie advisor, Alfie. She is an avid recumbent tricyclist and plans to continue her journey forward on three wheels and a prayer.
