The National African American Forum was formed to address the concerns of the New Jim Crow ” Mass Incarceration in the Age of Color Blindness
According to Michelle Alexander, New York Times Best Seller, and winner of the NAACP image award, states that the war on drugs during the Reagan Administration set into motion blatant discrimination within the caste system in the criminal justice system, education, economic development, housing, health, and the political process. According to Alexander individuals that was classified as a convicted felon after release could not receive public assistance in health, housing, and education, furthermore those individuals could not apply for loans to start a business, and did not have the right to vote.
A vast majority of those individuals were African Americans. Through new Jim Crow African Americans have been left behind in all institutions of life.
The National African American Forum is setting out to undo the wrongs of the New Jim Crow.

Meet the first African American Stewardess hired by Delta Air Lines in1966 !
In all of the stories about aviation and its history, the stories of the first African American stewardesses have been left untold and unknown. We first took to the skies when flying was glamorous and exclusive and little girls dreamt of being stewadesses, models, or movie stars. We rubbed elbows with the elite and we traveled the world when few others could. We flew as pioneers in a global society long before the time of the Internet and globalization. We also kept our heads high facing down racial prejudice and discrimination. We lived as Stars in the Sky
Patricia Grace Murphy was the first African American Stewardess to break the color barrier for Delta Air Lines. Pat's stories and other pioneers in aviation are featured in my book Stars in the Sky which will be released in November. Visit the archives to hear the show and listen to my call in guest Terry Taylor another African American Stewardess featured in my book, exchange stories with Pat about the early years of flying. We were also honored to have Pat's first supervisior, June Huerman share some stories about those turbulent days and assisting Pat with her new life in aviation.
Please listen each week for updates on my book, or visit my website www.theflygirl10.com

During last week's show, Amirah and I established that truth-telling should be part of any relationship. Yet, it's harder to tell the truth than one may think, upon first consideration. Even though truth-telling among all men is an issue, we are focusing upon African American men. Do WE really want to tell the truth? We want to welcome Russell Ligon, author of Stuck On Maleness, as our guest for the show. We're going to get to the truth, no pun intended. Tune in Monday at 10 p.m.!!!
Tonght's Show: Agenda 21 Radio
Special Guests: Paul Preston
Join Paul Preston takes on the issues surrounding the United Nations Agenda 21….The United Nations’ plan for YOU for the 21st Century. Most people don’t know that the United Nations in 1992 came up with a plan, a design that will control virtually every aspect of your life but they did and the “Plan” is in effect! Under the guise of “Environmentalism” the United Nations Agenda 21 is in reality a means to destroy capitalism and redistribute the wealth of the United States. The motto ‘Think Globally and Act Locally” is the United Nations way of saying they are going to impose their plans found in United Nations Agenda 21 through an organization known as the International Council on Local Environmental Initiatives aka as ICLEI. ICLEI is the arm of the United Nations that works with local communities to impose United Nations law on you and is designed to strip you of you property and ultimately your freedom. Learn about ‘Sustainability’ and all the other words designed to confuse you into giving up your freedoms to the United Nations.
