Well, my guest Afi Pittman author of "How to Go From a Hot, Single Mess to Ready for God's Best" wrote this book for single women who desire marriage and are ready to date to marry God's way.
In her new book, Afi will cover:
-How to live your life to practically achieve your goal of meeting the right man and dating God's way
-Practical strategies for godly dating and courtship
-How to be content while single (even if you truly desire marriage) but not lose hope that God has a husband for you
-How to avoid relationship and dating disasters
If you're ready to stop wasting time on the wrong men and dates that go nowhere, join Afi for a journey from a "hot, single mess" to ready for God's Best.

This is a black arts and culture site. We will be exploring the African Diaspora via the writing, performance, both musical and theatrical (film and stage), as well as the visual arts of Africans in the Diaspora and those influenced by these aesthetic forms of expression. I am interested in the political and social ramifications of art on society, specifically movements supported by these artists and their forebearers. It is my claim that the artists are the true revolutionaries, their work honest and filled with raw unedited passion. They are our true heroes. Ashay!

Bluegrass Gospel Music has fans all over the world, from Doctors to Lawyers, to Ceo's and the every day working man, they love the music and the Artist. There was a time when it was limited to the hills and hollers of the rural south, but it begin to merge into the main stream starting in the late 30's and by the start of the 40's there were innovators that were taking the music to Churches, Grange Halls, and it begin to catch on. The Morris Brothers, The Lilly Brothers, Bill Monroe, Flatt &Scruggs, Doc Watson were just a few of the forerunners who helped establish Bluegrass Gosple and a venue that would not go away.

In this episode of AKANFO NANASOM - Ancient Authentic Akan Ancestral Religion, we continue our series on the AKRADINBOSOM - the Abosom (Deities) who govern the solar, lunar and planetary bodies which govern the 7-day Akan week and also the Okra/Okraa (Soul) of the Akan individual.
We examine the Female Obosom of Fida (friday) and the okyin nsoromma/planet Afi ('venus'): Afi (Afua) is called Het Heru in Khanit and Kamit, Oshun in Yoruba and Azili in Vodoun. She governs the sensual attraction which is the precursor to procreative activity and the replenishment of its harmony. She governs the Divine Reproductive System, and thus marriage, creativity, innovation, art, music, dance, song and more.
We examine our publications:
Afi - Obosom of Afi and Fida ('venus' and 'friday')
Amen Men - Obosom of Amen Men and Menmeneda ('saturn' and 'saturday')
AKRADINBOSOM - Abosom of the Okra/Okraa (Soul) and the 7-day Akan Week

Rod Thorn, the NBA's dean of discipline, has a tough decision to make. Should Dwight Howard's elbowing foul against Andrew Bogut from Game 4 of the Western Conference finals be upgraded to a flagrant-2, which would force Howard to miss Game 5.
The precedent is there, whether it was Al Horford getting ejected from Game 3 of the Atlanta-Cleveland series or J.R. Smith getting suspended two games for elbowing Jae Crowder of Boston during the first round.
Elbows to the head are a serious matter .... but so, too, is keeping the NBA playoffs interesting ... and keeping them on the air for as many days as possible before everything shuts down for a week prior to the start of the NBA Finals. All in all, this year's playoffs have not been great.
Let's face it ... the Rockets probably have no shot whatsoever in Game 5 if Howard is suspended.
And let's face this, too: The NBA has a vested interest in having a competitive Game 5 in Oakland, whether or not the Rockets can extend it to a Game 6.
So what do I expect Thorn to do? And how will that news be, ahem, announced?
The answers come in this podcast with Newy Scruggs on NBCSports Radio early Tuesday morning.
In this episode of AKANFO NANASOM, we examine the seven karkaru (chakras) and their relationship to the Abosom (Deities) of the Akan 7-day week and also the seven spiritual senses. The Abosom Who animate the solar. lunar and planetery bodies which govern the Akan seven-day week are the same Abosom from ancient Khanit and Kamit (Nubia and Egypt) that we continue to invoke and worship today: Awusi, Adwoa, Bena, Abenaa, Awuku, Akua, Yaw, Yaa, Aaba, Afi and Amen Men (Ausar, Auset, Heru Behdety, Sekhmet, Set, Nebt Het, Heru, Wadjet, Nekhebet, Het Heru and Amen Men). All Akan people are named after one of these Abosom.
The term 'chakra' is a corruption of the term 'karkar' from ancient Kamit. This term predates sanskrit by thousands of years. We examine the karkaru as shrines of Abosom (Deities/Orisa/Vodou) within the spirit-bodies of Afurakanu/Afuraitkaitnut (Africans~Black People).
We examine our book and publication:
