    in Art

This is a black arts and culture site. We will be exploring the African Diaspora via the writing, performance, both musical and theatrical (film and stage), as well as the visual arts of Africans in the Diaspora and those influenced by these aesthetic forms of expression. I am interested in the political and social ramifications of art on society, specifically movements supported by these artists and their forebearers. It is my claim that the artists are the true revolutionaries, their work honest and filled with raw unedited passion. They are our true heroes. Ashay!

    How To Live With Life!

    in Spirituality

Each day we wake up and start a new adventure. Some days seem better than others, and sometimes those not so great days can go on for weeks and even months.

Master Dr. Mitchell Gibson teaches us that it is not enough to just live, but we must enjoy and treasure life and live well.

Chaos, dark energy, negative emotions and actions will come and go...the key is not to stop these events from occurring in your life, but to learn to truly live with it, grow from it, and love every moment.

Join Afi, Fe'Laun and Shelley, this Sunday, September 6,2015 at 11 am Eastern, as we discuss managing your emotions and loving life, in the midst of living life, in the Spirit of Love
