Tonight we will speak on parents that was abusive to their children. Many people grew up with mental, verbal and physical abuse. Due to their childhood some of them suffer in their relationships, personal life or overall mental health. Mental and verbal abuse is something we don't speak on very much. Physical abuse is seen by everyone but no one sees the mental scars upon children. Some have acted out in violence, unhealthy sexual relationships, and the need to be accepted or fit in with others. One thing we want to bring is a platform for others to vent or get advice about their situation. I will also share things from my childhood as well.

There are more and more children today on medication than ever before. One social worker in foster care says that many parents that are single utilize their children to get social security benefits or welfare. Do you believe that the children that are on medication grow up to have uncontrollable behaviors? Why has this trend not being investigated by the proper authorities. Call in the show 347 989 0761 to discuss how parents are PIMPING THEIR CHILDREN FOR MONEY
Having published my new ebook, Affirmations for Parents, I've been thinking, what are the needs of Black Parents? Are they different from the needs of other parents?
Are busy, stressed parents left with too little time to give attention to their children?
Who looks after the children when parents and grandparents are working two and three jobs just to keep a roof over their heads? And who is investing in the next generation? What are the implications for Black communities?
My guest will be Shaunes Richardson from State of The Black Parent.

The "Stigma" of being a Single Parent with an African background seems to make it close to impossible for them to have relationships or be taken seriously in that area. I see plenty of Single Parents, especially Females resort to a Singleton lifestyle after trying to no end.
Is it possible for Single Parents to still find Love? Especially being African? Nigerian?
