A good show tonight.....discussing the disparity between whites and blacks in this country. Can we beat the system? What system? The "so called" system that is created to opress blacks and keep them from progressing in this country. Please call in and voice your opinions!
Clinical Psychologist and Author Dr. E. Douglass Brown is our special guest speaker with his topic - Addictions and Relationships. This is his discussion summary statement: A person’s movement, so to speak towards any goal occurs in the framework of relationships. You cannot give your fullest to two competing relationships. The most important relationship is the one you have with the Creator. A person’s addiction, craving for, or preoccupation with anyone or anything is a recipe for disaster, be it sudden or delayed. Your True Self cannot serve two masters. It takes two in order to form a relationship. A human addiction is comprised of two elements - an ego and what the ego craves or insists on trying to get or achieve.
This episode will discuss the many addictions that plague us on our spiritual journey and in life. We'll be focussed on healing those patterns that get in the way of our spiritual progression, and, in doing so, will remove obstacles to the miracles that await us. For the last several months, I've been conducting online classes for an energy healing method I call "Angels' Touch Therapy". These kind, loving "earth angels" will be joining me in sending angelic healing energy to all who seek it in this broadcast. During the class, we've seen so many healing miracles occur when this energy is evoked and used by those practiced and trained in it.
Addictions can take on many forms. The more obvious ones are excessive drinking, illegal drug use, gambling, smoking, but there are many more subtle things that get in our way, often in even more lasting ways. These can be overeating, overuse of pharmaceuticals, obsessive shopping. On a deeper level, an addiction to fear/negativity...to anger or finding something to be offended by...to poltiical argument and taking sides...to being "right" and not listening to any other views...to rigid religious views.
As we come to the holiday season, we can take a definitive steps to ask for these burdens to be lifted, then enter a new year with more hope and promise. Think about your patterns - whether you have regular joy, or what obstacles seem to repeatedly get in the way.
Lines will be open for on-air intuitive guidance from angels and spirit. Show duration will be up to 120 minutes.
The truth is we have already overcome Satan and the only power he has is lies and deception. So to us we gain from the truth and application by faith the truth of Gods word.
The devil is a liar and the father of lies and He is relentless in lying to you and keeping you in the dark. If he is able to keep you in the dark you miss out of the truth that sets you free and the oppression of Satan can keep you bound in a very dark and depressing place if you are not careful to obey the truth.
The truth thats sets us free is the word of God and even if we dont FEEL change God's word never can fail nor will it. God cannot lie nor does He, It's the greatest truth the world has ever known or will know and I pray tonight you will discern and gain lasting freedom over the lies and deceit of the evil one.
Do you know how to overcome betrayal? While growing up, many of us had problems with friends betraying us, or turning against us to go be with a new friend. Some of us, continue struggling with feeling isolated and many are betrayed by fellow employers and employees. I’ve seen married couples who are madly in love fall apart because of infidelity. But what happens when we’re betrayed by members from the same church? We try leaving the world behind, but the world seems to follow us no matter where we go. On this episode of Faith Time, learn three steps that will help you overcome betrayal.
Overcoming fear can be one of the greatest challenges we face in our lives. A Registered Nurse specializing in geriatrics, Sharon is currently a consultant for Sandwichcare, a health care professional provider that reaches out to support individuals, families and communities who are seeking support while dealing with difficult times. Background and Guest Information:
When you heal spiritually, you transform. When you transform, you are no longer in bondage to anything. We cannot see what our negative habits are doing to us, only what they are doing for us. In other words, we think they enable us to do more and be more, but we are in denial about the toll they’re really taking on our bodies, our relationships, our finances, and our souls.
Join Dr. Ritamarie and Roy Nelson as they discuss the spiritual solution to illuminate and heal the underlying causes of addictions.
Roy Nelson is known as “the last resort” for those who cannot stop their self-destructive habits. Living with a violent, alcoholic father drove him to pursue a life of distraction by any means possible – until he conceded that his self-imposed hell was killing him. It was then that he had a profound experience that changed everything.
Check out Dr. Ritamarie’s VITAL Health Community for additional resources on the role that plants and herbs play in your hormone and skin care health, as well as strategies to include in your daily routines to achieve more vitality.

Been to 12 step programs, counseling, took various meds but still relapsing? There may be an answer!
On Nov 17, 2014 at 8 pm (Eastern) Dr. Jess Armine will discuss addiction and relapse and the common neuro-physiological basis for addictive behavior as well as the genetic polymorphisms that lead to relapse. He will discuss how consistent cravings, "JONESING", or "white knuckling" are what lead up to relapse. Until now, The Build Up To Relapse has been treated predominantly with psychosocial modalities. The physiological causations are downplayed or remain un-attended. Based on the research of Kenneth Blum, PhD & Bill Downs PhD, these physiological and genetic imbalances are key causes of the cravings that build to relapse. Genetic pioneers like Sterling Hill, Dr Ben Lynch, Shawn Bean, Cynthia Smith and Dr. Jess Armine have furthered the genetic/epigenetic portion of this research
This week Dr. Armine discusses the physiology of all types of addictions, the genetic contributions, and the new non-drug methods of addiction treatment NAAAT (NeuroAdaptive Amino Acid Therapy) and how combined psychological and physiological treatment gives the best prognosis for long term recovery.
READ THIS PLEASE!!!: Guys, I am a great supporter of the 12 Step Programs and other forms of conseling. NAAAT is to treat the physiological "part" of addictions and is best utilized IN ADDITION TO, NOT INSTEAD OF the 12 Step Programs, etc.
