Addicted one of Zanes great novels is going to film. Guest host and contest winner Kisha Steele will be interviewing the author of her choice tonight: ZANE! Check out the trailer: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2205401/
"Addicted" the novel:
For successful African-American businesswoman Zoe Reynard, finding the pleasure she wants, the way she wants it, is not worth the risk of losing everything she has: marriage to the man she has loved since childhood, a thriving company, three wonderful children. But Zoe feels helpless in the grip of an overpowering addiction...to sex. Finding a compassionate woman therapist to help her, Zoe finally summons the courage to tell her torrid story, a tale of guilt and desire as shocking as it is compelling. From the sensitive artist with whom she spends stolen hours on rumpled sheets to the rough and violent man who draws her toward destruction,Zoe is a woman desperately searching for fulfillment -- and something darker, deeper, and perhaps deadly. As her life spins out of control and her sexual escapades carry her toward a dangerous choice, Zoe is racing against time to uncover the source of her "fatal attraction" -- as chilling secrets tumble forth from the recesses of a woman's mind, and perilous temptations lead toward a climax that can threaten her sanity, her marriage...and her life.
During this episode I will be joined by Craig Stewart, author of Words Never Spoken: A Memoir. In his book Craig discusses the hold had on his life. We will talk about the effects can have on a persons outlook about sex; its impact on a relationship; how to know when you are addicted; and some myths and facts about the industry. We will also discuss the benefits of : yes there are definitely lots of those.
There are no shortcuts to love and if you are a "sucker for love" or a "hopeless romantic" then you're probably addicted to love, and that's not love, so throw those notions away.
There's no such thing as love at first sight, so throw that away.
There's no such thing as a Soul Mate, so throw that away.
Unless you know what you want in a relationship, how you want to be treated and what characteristics a romantic interest has to have in order to be considered compatible, you’ve not done your due diligence and can easily be blinded by chemistry and really confused after sex.

What is the reason for the the addiction to approval (from everyone)?
It is the core belief that, “I am not good (enough).” So, you try to “fix it” by seeking out other people to make you feel “good enough” (but they are not able to counter your internal belief so you stay stuck in pain).
How to “fix it?”
Change your belief to, “I am good (enough).”
Seek professional, individual, group, religious, spiritual, psychological help if needed (whatever works for you).
