Today on the BeachLifestyle Radio Show, Host Neil Haley will interview Actor Tim Holmes!
Tim Holmes was born in Lansing, Michigan. He grew up working in his family's flower shop from age 7. In junior high and high school Tim chose the route of being in jazz band, marching band and drama class along with martial arts as opposed to school athletics.
At age 18, immediately after graduating from high school, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in music and acting. He was signed to MCA Records as a solo artist, (T.C. Holmes). then parlayed his music contacts into an acting career, appearing in afternoon Soap Operas, B films and various other TV pilot projects. Studying his craft with well known schools such as Playhouse west (Jeff Goldblum) and Howard Fine.
Tim had his midlife crisis in 2002 and took a 10 year sabbatical from the entertainment business during which time he became a firefighter, started a successful business, moved back to Michigan, got married and had twin boys. All the while studying his craft, taking it to the next level by learning how to write,shoot, edit and direct his own film projects back in Michigan. With the rise of the film industry in Michigan around 2009, tim delved back into his passion for acting, acquired a theatrical agent in Michigan and focused on film auditions.
In 2010 and 2011 Tim booked featured speaking roles in Real Steel, I,Alex cross, Machine Gun Preacher, Hostel 3, S.W.A.T. Firefight, Street Kings 2: Motor City and a reoccurring role on a T.V.series for CBS -VEGAS.starring Dennis Quaid, Michael Chiklis and Carrie Ann-Moss.
In 2013 Tim Holmes will be seen in "Oz: The Great and Powerful" in a supporting role as THE STRONGMAN, with his character continuing on in the sequels. Tim has also written, produced, directed and starred in a independent feature film called "DETROIT RIDERS" which he has a trailer.

Blair Bowers is an LA-based actor, who started her career in Washington, D.C. She most recently produced and starred in the short film, The Drive, which is currently being submitted for festivals. She can also be seen in Geographically Desirable, which will be shown at the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival, NYC Independent Film Festival, as well as the DC Reel Independent Film Extravaganza.

Kristoffer Diaz is a playwright and educator living and working in Brooklyn. Full-length titles include The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Deity, Welcome to Arroyo’s, The Upstairs Concierge, and The Unfortunates. Awards: 2011 New York Times Outstanding Playwright Award; finalist for the 2010 Pulitzer Prize for Drama; winner, 2011 Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Play; winner, 2011 OBIE Award, Best New American Play; and the inaugural Gail Merrifield Papp Fellowship from The Public Theater (2011). His work has been produced, commissioned, and developed at The Public Theater, Dallas Theater Center, Geffen Playhouse, Center Theatre Group, The Goodman, Second Stage, Victory Gardens, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Actors Theatre of Louisville, American Theater Company, The Atlantic, InterAct, Mixed Blood, The Orchard Project, Hip-Hop Theater Festival, The Lark, Summer Play Festival, Donmar Warehouse, and South Coast Repertory, among many others.
He has written short work for the 24 Hour Musicals and the 24 Hour Plays on Broadway. Kristoffer was one of the creators of Brink!, the apprentice anthology show at the 2009 Humana Festival of New American Plays. He is a playwright-in-residence at Teatro Vista; a resident playwright at New Dramatists; a co-founder of the Unit Collective (Minneapolis); the creator of the #freescenes project; and a recipient of the Jerome Fellowship, the Future Aesthetics Artist Regrant and the Van Lier Fellowship (New Dramatists). Kristoffer holds a BA from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, an MFA from NYU’s Department of Dramatic Writing, and an MFA from Brooklyn College’s Performing Arts Management program.
