Join Pastors Charles Kelly and Derek Hutchison as they discuss why the church is struggling with unity amongst it's members, it's denominations, and society today. Across the table is a show with two pastors from differing views trying to show that "unity" doesn't always mean "agreement". Join them Saturday night, May 16th, at 6 PM MDT LIVE on BlogTalk Radio.

Elder Sherri Allgood, daughter of Jackie and Beatrice Harris and the third child of five, was born and raised in Biscoe, North Carolina and received her higher education at A & T University, Greensboro, and Fayetteville State University, Fayetteville, NC. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry in Fayetteville. She later pursued and obtained her licensure as a certified teacher in Secondary Education. Sherri has recently received her Masters of Education in Supervision and Administration from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA and currently works as an Eighth Grade Math and Science Teacher.
Sherri Allgood grew up as a member of Hood Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, Biscoe, NC where she served as a choir member/director, missionary, and youth minister. Under the ministry of Rev. Gerald Tillman, the desire and hunger to increase in the knowledge and wisdom of Jesus Christ developed. With the increase in a desire to perform the Will of God, this lead to the acceptance to the call of ministry in July, 2000 under the pastoral-ship of Reverend John Scarborough.
By the unction of the Holy Spirit, David and Sherri relocated from their home in Aberdeen, NC and forsook all to submit to the covering of Bishop J. Donald and Pastor Erika G. Edwards of The Dream Center of Raleigh, NC. Receiving holistic, solid teaching, completing advanced study programs and becoming enlightened to the intimate Word of God, Sherri was ordained as an elder and served in a leadership role under Bishop and Pastor Edwards.
Sherri Allgood is the visionary and co-founder of True Worship Ministries of Biscoe, NC and owner of Heavenly Gifts Boutique and B-Saved Products and Designs. She is the mother of four and labors with her husband of nineteen years, Pastor David Allgood, to encourage people across the world to see and live in the light of God’s Word.

In the second hour, Steve Lenox of ESPN 98.7, NewYork checks in for an objective look across the entire MLB landscape now that the trade deadline has passed, and offers his thoughts and opinions about the "winners & losers" and which players may still be on the move by the waiver deadline, August 31.
Of course there's ALWAYS time for your thoughts and opinions too, so be sure to listen in and call out to the guys at: 347-826-9964. The fellas are talking all the side-stories too, including: Ronda Rousey's 34-second beat-down, the last-minute trade of Brandon Boykin from Philly to Pittsburgh and, of course, honorable mention to WWE iconic legend, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper.
