What a good time in the Lord
What do Parasites and Toxic People have in common? They BUG you!! LOL
Always eating off of you, annoying, cause irritation in your gut.; cause irritation in your gut, because you know the relationship is not right for you Leave waste in your body
Leave waste in your life Cause you to eat more (because they eat off of you, like a baby in a mother’s womb) Cause you to eat more (what you may call emotional overeating)
Hard to kill, can come back Hard to eliminate, often return Family members can have them
Can be family members
Make you tired and cause you to feel sick Can be exhausting and make you feel sick Get rid of them by changing your diet, and detoxing by doing a structured colon cleanse with the help of a coach Get rid of them by changing your circle of acquaintances and detoxing from the parasite called unforgiveness, with the help of a spiritual leader

I have always known from a very young age that the overwhelming amount of love, freedom, healing, intelligence, strength, courage, and spiritual liberation that I have been privileged to have is because of the women and trans people in my life. The number of men that have provided any of that to me are a mere handful, a tiny fraction of the women and trans people who have done the same for me. I have talked about this with many, many people – in my community, among my loved ones, my friends and acquaintances – men, women, and trans alike. They all come back, in an uncannily uniform way, with the same answer – love, freedom, healing, and goodness in general come from the women and trans people in their lives (exceptions notwithstanding), while most of the violence, abuse, and oppression come from the men (again, and I repeat, exceptions notwithstanding). Go ahead and examine your own life, and you’ll realize why women and trans people should never, ever, apologize for being the superior part of humanity. But let’s not settle on easy platitudes. Here are a few reasons why women and trans people are superior to men and should never apologize for it (bearing in mind that this is not an exhaustive list by any means).

Enter their world of sharing their lives with the living and the dead and even species of unknown origin. Willie will take you through years of experiences with his family and acquaintances to show you how spirits have played a big part in his life. You will see how many spirits assisted and guided Willie and Schmon in and out of situations that helped them deal and cope with life and death" Incredible firsthand experiences indeed.
I have always known from a very young age that the overwhelming amount of love, freedom, healing, intelligence, strength, education, courage, spiritual liberation, and nurturing of the soul has been because of the women and trans people in my life. The number of men, cis-men, that have provided any of that to me are a mere handful, a tiny fraction of the women and trans people who have done the same for me. I have talked about this with many, many people - in my community, among my loved ones, my friends and acquaintances - men, women, and trans alike. They all come back, in an uncannily uniform way, with the same answer - the love, freedom, healing, and goodness in general come from the women and trans people in their lives (exceptions notwithstanding), while most of the violence, abuse, and oppression come from the men (again, and I repeat, exceptions notwithstanding). Go ahead and examine your own life. It then becomes easy to understand why women and trans people are the superior part of humanity.

Self-defense can be a crucial part of strategies to prevent rape. Yet most self-defense courses taught on college campuses don't prepare students for the violence they are most likely to face -- sexual assaults perpetrated by people they know. Please tune in and support our guest, Deva Hoffman. Ms. Hoffman has more than 15 years of self-defense training, Deva Hoffman has a passion for helping women learn how to defend themselves. Deva learned firsthand the importance of self-defense after almost becoming the victim of a random violent crime in 1988 when a man attempted to pull her into his car in a grocery store parking lot. Since then, Deva has been on a mission to help women avoid becoming victims of crime and abuse.

www.buildingfortunesradio.com On Building Fortunes Radio, Dr. Ariston Awitan speaks about health.
From his personal experiences:
Let me tell you my experiences as a physician for over fifty years. I have treated patients, saw patients, my friends, acquaintances, millionaires, great politicians and rich businessmen in the intensive care units in the hospitals. Some of them were dying, some with endo-tracheal tubes connected to respirators--breathing machines because they were dying of cancer, strokes or heart attacks. And at that point, I could not help but say, now what ? What is the use of all the riches these people have worked for at this particular point of their lives? What's the use? All these riches that they have worked for to the extent of neglecting their very own health?
Listen to this again on Building Fortunes Radio and share it with your friends.

She is Queen and she is more than a triple threat, first she a Poet, Second an Author, Third a Performer and then she is a business woman and her voice alone will have you hypnotized.
She surpasses most poets because of her ability to become the character in her poetry. Kottyn when she’s performing cannot be compared to anyone, partially because those that she has been inspired by range from friends, family and acquaintances.
God, joy, happiness, sadness and heartache that she has experienced over time has caused her to write the way she does. Wanting to make a difference in the way people love and express that love in any relationship.
Kottyn “SoftSpokenPoet has written books such as “He’s Beautiful to me”,“Strong in my woman” “The Love Letter”, “Sweet Mangos” and “10 Reasons Why Black Men Stop Dating Black Women”. Kottyn has participated in her first anthology “Nights Playground” Nocturnal Naughtiness which she came up with the title designed the cover and contributed her writing. Night’s Playground” is a GPA MEDIA INC Presentation.
Her soft subtle flirty way gives you the illusion that she’s speaking only to you. She enjoys speaking on relationships and how they can be improved; she does that through her poetic flow. Her desire to have love and to be loved has sparked her interest to write for those who can’t write or say what’s on their hearts.

Coming Out of the Closet, Finally Accepting Myself Completely
It hasn’t been easy living with Bipolar Disorder. Not only do I have to treat my intense moods that are the hallmark of the condition, but ever since I was diagnosed at 16, I was always taught directly, or indirectly, to be ashamed of who I am because of it. From the very beginning, close acquaintances, and society at large, have told me to hide that part of myself…to reject that piece of myself that’s “unacceptable” and “intolerable”. More stories about Mental Illness..You may not know you have it.

We welcome Suicide Prevention Advocate, Carl David, to the show to discuss suicide prevention and his book "Bader Field".
Bader Field is a survivor’s story, and talks about how death, specifically a suicide, can wreak havoc on loved ones left behind. The book reveals the story of how a family endured struggle and torment after a suicide, and their fight to survive. David uses the book as an outlet to ‘pay it forward’ and help others cope with depression and suicidal tendencies. The author wants for those who are suffering to know that though they may feel lonely,
they are not alone. “Those who are so desperate need to know that they don’t just destroy themselves, but everyone around them as well; their family, friends and acquaintances. I pray that my perilous journey through those darkest days will bring light and hope to anyone on that final path, and draw them back,” states David.
