The Story Behind Virtual Team 360, A Subcontracting Concept - 001

    in Entrepreneur

I have been listening to podcasts for a very long time. I started with Kelly McCausey, a podcast I believe was called work at home moms (WAHM). Then I listened to the podcast with Denise Griffitts, Your Partner in Success and followed Nicole Dean. At one point I even flirted with the idea of producing my own podcast but quickly dismissed the idea as too hard and then began the slow downward getting busy with subcontracting projects. My time was turning into profits.

Fast forward a few years and once again I began flirting with the idea of creating my own podcast and began researching why virtual assistants and service providers weren't using a team to turn their own business into profits. In my research I found that there really isn't another podcast that addresses and educates about this topic. So, I contacted one of the original role models, Denise Griffitts and asked for some coaching. She agreed. That's how Virtual Team 360 podcast was born.

Now that you know a little of the back story, In the first interview, I wanted to share with you why I think going forward with the podcast on the subcontracting concept will be an important tool for team members, virtual service providers and multi-VAs.

Power of Perception writers with Dylan Callens

    in Spirituality

Dylan Callens came up with the core idea for Operation Cosmic Teapot
while in university.  Back then, he was writing a terrible, terrible
book with no discernible plot and characters that were flatter than
stick figures on a piece of paper.  From that travesty; however, the
image of God being unable to perform his duties as a result of too much
paperwork, stuck in his mind.  Years later, he imagined Nietzsche as
God's boss.  Of course, Nietzsche desperately wanted to fire God because
    of a lifelong grudge.

Only six years after that kernal, the book was popped.  Sure, it could
have been done in a year or two, but he is pretty lazy.  The point is,
Operation Cosmic Teapot was done.  Finally.

Other than that, Dylan grew up in Delhi, Ontario.  From a young age, he
was always interested in writing; however, in high school, his interests
were focused more towards music.  He dreamed of being famous in a heavy
metal band named Nothing Sacred.  Unfortunately, the band wasn't all
that good, so fame and fortune never transpired.

Afterwards, Dylan moved to Sudbury, Ontario to attend Laurentian
University.  While attending, he wrote for the university paper, Lambda,
as a columnist, then news editor.  He watched as the paper fell to shit
due to the brilliant decisions of an idiot edit-in-chief (not Norm, the
other guy!).  Because of that, he left to become the Program Director at
CKLU radio.  Somewhere in there, Dylan was able to graduate with a
    degree in English and philosophy.

With such a heavy demand for philosophers in the workplace, Dylan
decided to attend teacher's college.  He found a job teaching in
Sudbury, where he continues to live with his family

Power of Perception Coaching with Dana Ray

    in Spirituality

I’m Dana Ray, the world’s first Quantum Wealth singer, author and speaker; co-founder of the first Healing Funk & Rock band Living Air.

As a teenager, all I want was to become a financially free, successful rock star; although I didn’t know what it means. So, I started online in my spare time, as a Graphic Design Freelancer; while studying different wealth coaches, who inspired me to pursue my artistic dreams.

Soon, I discovered my fear for having an email list to produce my music and make it online. It was more than fear! I was offered a huge MLM opportunity so I could be millionaire! My mind poisoned me again; I didn’t join. Instead, I dropped college to start a business selling guitars; just in case the internet stuff didn’t work. Big Mistake! No sales, more bills and still broke. I depressed!

But not everything in 2013 was bad. Tidying my room, I found The Secret DVD, did what it says and it didn’t work.

    Why?

Within two months of trial and error, I found the Key to make it work and founded my first successful venture: an online marketing outsource company called Volgo Studios.

Next year, I became a vocal coach and co-founded my first healing band. But I wasn’t happy. I badly wanted to be rich! But online rich people make terrifying product launches! Finally, I overcame that block and in January I successfully did my first one!

It was a pdf guide revealing the exact quantum path I rediscovered to be financially free in 30 days. It also includes the tools and methods I use to “clear” my money beliefs. If it sounds too good to be true, wait till January 2016; I will relaunch it to start the year with the right food.

Power of Perception writers with Elgon Williams

    in Spirituality

Born in Springfield, Ohio, Elgon Williams grew up on a farm near the town of South Charleston and the village of Selma in rural southeastern Clark County, "...about two miles from nowhere and between cornfields."

Williams graduated from Shawnee High School in 1974. In the fall of that year he began studies at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. In 1978 he received receiving a BA in Mass Communication. Later in 1981 he received a degree in Marketing Administration from The University of Texas in Austin.

He joined the US Air Force in 1983 and attended the Defense Language Institute at the Presidio of Monterey in California where he studied Chinese Mandarin. Upon completion of military training he spent two years assigned to the Far East.

After returning to the US, Williams left the military and began an extended career in management for several major retailers. Periodically, he also served as a vendor advocate for a national marketing firm representing many computer technology and software companies. He has also worked in advertising, sales and as a computer technician and technology consultant.

Although his early writing is considered sci-fi and fantasy, it is difficult to pigeonhole his work into any single genre. His most recent work is considered urban fantasy or magical realism.
