Does Child Support Extortion Payments Violate 13th Amendment?

    in Education

To all Lardy Miss Clardy listeners! If you have been through this issue come join me and tell your story!

I also want to add, that on last night's program there was technical difficulties beyond my control...so let's do it again!

?"Child Support Enforcement (CSE) Agencies have exploded in power and size over the last 40 years. They are the money engine underwriting the divorce and domestic violence industry that relies on the family courts' anti-father and unconstitutional denial of a fit father's parental rights so as to impose almost endless and extorted payments from him. This imposed and extorted 'obligation' violates the 13th amendment's prohibition of involuntary servitude.

Stop Slavery and Demand Parental Rights"

Lets discuss this...Slavery is not dead!

Celebrating Freedom December 18: How The 13th Amendment Preserves U.S. Slavery

    in Women

This present generation may not remember, but nearly 150 years ago, the United States added a 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution which appeared to abolish slavery. How could a nation whose economy was built on a system of free labor suddenly abolish it? Well, the truth is, slavery in America was never abolished, it was merely redirected to the prison system. Today activist EvAngel Mama Dee Love explains the upcoming commemoration of December 18, 2014, as the day the 13th amendment was passed. What does it's passage really mean? How is it connected to America's growing prison population? Who are the private investors in the prison industry? What companies use prison labor but won't employ ex-felons? How many innocent people are serving time in prison because of a plea bargain deal? How can we put an end to this modern day slavery?

Discussion and Questions with Ron March of The Ron March Show in Detroit!

The 14th amendment to the US Constitution was ratified on July 9, 1868 during the Reconstruction era. It, along with the 13th and 15th amendments are collectively known as the Reconstruction amendments. Its broad goal was to ensure that the Civil Rights Act passed in 1866 would remain valid ensuring that "all persons born in the United States...excluding Indians not taxed...." were citizens and were to be given "full and equal benefit of all laws." (Quotes from the Civil Rights Act of 1866) However, it went beyond the provisions of the Civil Rights Act in many ways.

    4 Key Clauses:

State and federal citizenship for all persons regardless of race both born or naturalized in the United States was reaffirmed.
No state would be allowed to abridge the "privileges and immunities" of citizens.
No person was allowed to be deprived of life, liberty,or property without "due process of law."
No person could be denied "equal protection of the laws."

Tune in as Ron March discusses the 14 TH amendment and what we should know.

    Indiana's First Amendment Games

    in Politics Progressive

With same-sex marriage battle lost — waiting only for the SCOTUS cymbal clap in June, wingers are pig piling on a new ploy. In numerous states, legislatures are pretending to protect religious freedom from the inevitable and fearful persecution from dem damn gays.

I'll kick around Indiana's worst-in-class blunders in trying this ruse.

POTUS hopeful, Gov. Mike Pence (R, of course) signed a bill into law that pretty much lets anyone for any reason discriminate against LGBT potential customers. Poorly disguised as protecting citizen's First Amendment rights to exercise religion, it instead is an atavistic license to ignore statutes, case law and morality.

Pence seemed to figure the Hoosier lawmakers were being oh, so clever in patterning the bill after the 1993 federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act. Wrong there. The RFRA was yet another cowardly and ill-considered Pres. Bill Clinton effort to appease wingers.Yet Indiana's version is worse, even legislatively malignant.

I'll get into the concepts of balancing exercise of religion with both commerce and respect as required by federal law. We can be very sure Pence and his minions are having similar discussions following the nationwide blowback to Indiana's overreach.

The Legend of Friday the 13th

    in Paranormal

Friday the 13th, also known as Black Friday, is considered an unlucky day in Western superstition. It occurs when the 13th day of the month in the Gregorian calendar falls on a Friday. The superstition surrounding this day may have arisen in the Middle Ages, "originating from the story of Jesus' last supper and crucifixion" in which there were 13 individuals present in the Upper Room on Maundy Thursday, the night before His death on Good Friday.Other scholars claim that there is no written evidence for a "Friday the 13th" superstition before the 19th century, and the superstition only gained widespread distribution in the 20th century. The fear of the number 13 has been given a scientific name: "triskaidekaphobia"
