We talk about the offseason moves so far, who Steve's favorite players in the locker room are, the moving back of the PAT, 2-point conversions, the 49ers regression (or that they might not regress that far), the draft, Jimmy Graham, and Russell Wilson's contract.
The Arizona Cardinals got what they needed on Sunday Night Football. They got a signature win against the two-time defending NFC champs in Seattle, defeating them 39-32 on Sunday Night Football. The win gives the Cardinals a three-game lead in the division with seven games to go and drops the Seahawks to 4-5, which puts them along with five other teams with the same record, two games back of the final wold card spot.
In the newest All-Cardinals show, hosts Jess Root and Seth Cox talk about the significance of the win and what it means to the team. Jess speaks of how this win was the result of other games and what they learned, and they both talk about minimum expectations for the rest of the season and what their ceiling could be.
They go over the good and the not so good in the win as well, talking about the play of Carson Palmer, Michael Floyd and others.
GIve the show a listen and head over to Revenge of the Birds for more great Cardinals content.

On this episode of The Seahawks Show, hosts Kevin Daggett and Lee Vowell review the events of Sunday night's Seattle Seahawks versus Arizona Cardinals game and look ahead to next week's Seahawks game against the San Francisco 49ers contest with guest Jacson Bevens of SB Nation's Field Gulls.
Pete Carroll will never dodge his play call, in the Super Bowl. However, there are more important things on Carroll's mind, as the 2015 season starts. The biggest concern is how will the Seahawks win the NFC West, for a third consecutive year. The St. Louis Rams have used additional picks, from the trade with Washington to stockpile young talented players. Often injured Sam Bradford is no longer the quarterback. The Rams traded for Nick Foles, who is coming off a broken collarbone. However, the addition of Todd Gurley could solidify the running game.
Carson Palmer is returning from a knee injury, in Arizona. He hopes that he can continue were he left off last season. The Cardinals defense willed them to a playoff berth, after a carousel of quarterbacks stood behind center. Still a major concern is running back. Andre Ellington is the starter, but can he handle the workload?
The fiasco with Jim Harbaugh is over, and the San Francisco 49ers have moved on. A suprise move to many, they named defensive line coach Jim Tomsula, head coach. Nothing went right for the 49ers one year ago. Chris Boreland looked to be a budding star but opted to retire, after one season. Defensively, they are going to have to try and find an indentiy. Offensively, long time running back Frank Gore has departed. This opens the door for Carlos Hyde to be the primary back. Will Tomsula work with Colin Kaepernick, or try to make him a pocket passer. There are many questions surrounding the 49ers?
Finally, Jimmy Graham is the answer inside the red zone, according to Seattle Seahawk fans. After back to back Super Bowl appearences, the Seahawks traded for one of the best tight ends, in the NFL. The biggest loss is the person whom they traded, Max Unger. Russell Wilson is a scrambling quarterback, but you still need to protect him.
Zack talks about why short QB's are a liability in the NFL. Zack and Matt argue the pro's and cons of the Russell Wilson deal and how it effects upcoming free agent QB deals.
The guys also discuss the trades that went down at the MLB trade deadline last week and who are the new teams to beat in the AL and NL. Matt previews of whats to come in the newest heated rivalry in major league baseball...
