Tonight on “The Coaches Corner Show” your hosts we continue our exploration of what we have found out about the determination and expectations of each defensive position. What does it takes to become an elite athlete? In today’s sports we hear the terminology used quite often when the conversation is directed at the athlete’s ability, capability or exploits of those gifted or talented athletes. They out performs our expectations each and every chance they get to showcase their talents and skills. Tonight we are in search of defining what it will take to become an elite defensive athlete in high school, college and professional sports. What are the qualifications or make up of an elite defensive athlete? Are we as evaluators or enthusiasts to manipulated or falsely driven to anoint our athletes? We extend an invitation to our listeners especially our student athlete to call in and share your thoughts on this topic.

For tonight we will also look at the student athlete breakdown on every level to explore why they should be considered an elite athlete and not just a good athlete with great potential. Doe this label cause damage or destroy the young athlete mindset?

As we always do, we invite you to tell your family friends and neighbors but especially your student athletes to tune in, call in and join the conversation. We welcome your questions, comments and concerns to insure a great dialogue between us. If you want to talk on the air call in to the show at 646-716-8531.

Again, for the listeners that just prefer to listen please do not call in but do type in our link on the social media advertisement or type in Seado Sports Network Blog Talk Radio on your internet browser. You can also email us at the following address seado@sbcglobal.net and we will respond to you.
