Tonight on The Coaches Corner Show we continue our conversation on the upcoming school semester and te thousands of student athletes that will participate on their high school teams nationally. Our focus this week again will be on the importance of building a Game Pan on the points of interest that should beidentified and enclosed in this plan.

Just as coaches spend time plabbing, compiling and composing a Play Book, we think our student athlete should also be more determied to have a guide or plan to address teir academic expectations, athletic goals and overall character. For tonight we will look at the student athlete Game Plan breakdown (Offense vs. Defense) . So let's continue this three part series tonight identifying and addressing our game plan for playing a good complete game. Next week we finish our conclude our discussion on the personal character aspect of the plan and assess or review all three parts of the complete game plan.

Some defensive concepts to discuss:

1. Academics - GPA, Homework Assignments, Pop Quiz, Tests, class Participatio

2. ACT/SAT Preparation, College Research, College Majors

3. Athletics - Practices, Game Preparation & Performance

As we always do, we invite you to tell your family, friends and neighbors but especially your student athletes to tune in, call in and join the conversation.
