You can sum up GSA's FSSI plans for JAN/SAN, MRO and BMO as follows:

  1. The number of JAN/SAN, MRO and BMO Schedule holders will first be reduced by an FSSI BPA action.
  2. The losers suffering the same destiny as the 400 plus office supply Schedule Holders that did not win a seat on the OS1 or OS2 BPA, and
  3. In a later phase of this contract transformation effort -- GSA will issue a Full & Open RFP to close the Contract Consolidation loop.

GSA’s Office Supply, Printing, Domestic Delivery & Wireless FSSIs are all test cases.
