The Obama administration scored a victory when the Supreme Court rules ObamaCare Constitutional.  Maybe they shouldn't uncork the bubbly just yet.

Why?  The supreme court upheld Obamacare but in a way that actually dramatically weakens Obama's chances of reelection.  The court ruled that states could opt out of the Medicare expansion without penalty....a huge affirmation of federalism.  The court also shut the door on the idea that this law could be carried out under the power of the Commerce clause. The court basically ruled that the commerce clause has limits.  Liberals won't like it when they come to realize it.  Instead the court ruled that the law is in fact a tax proving that Obama and the Democrats once again lied through their collective teeth when they swore up and down that ObamaCare did not amount to a tax increase.  With 60 % of Americans against Obamacare, Mitt Romney has just been handed the best campaign issue he could have possible hoped for on a silver platter with a giant bow on top.  If he uses it to its full effect, the court may have just handed Mitt Romney the presidency.
