After a short hiatus the team is finally back to round off the summer movies of 2016. They cover some highlights of TV and Movie news from the past few weeks, including their joy for MTV classic and rediscovering the shows of their youth. American Horror story is discussed and their ideas on what the plot may be this time, which doesn't matter so much as their cast favorites are returning. Of course all roads lead to talk of the superhero franchises and what’s new in the worlds of DC and Marvel before they delve into their opinions of movies watched this summer. Starting out the list is X-Men Apocalypse followed by Finding Dory, Independence Day: Resurgence and The Secret Life of Pets, none of which were well received despite their expectations. Reviews get a little more positive with Ghostbusters, Lights Out and Suicide Squad, where, while not the best movies of the summer, they were definitely entertaining. War Dog and Kubo receive the highest rating for the panel summer favorites. The show is finished with a new segment called “Is It worth The Hype?” where the panel gives their opinion on so called “Addictive” shows. For this episode the show is 'Stranger Things', which receives raving reviews and excitement for what will come next.
