On this week’s edition of Scottscope Talk Radio, we’ll be interviewing and multitalented artist and occasional roundtable member John Cooley!  This time, Mr. Cooley (Better known to our listeners as Lahmi) will be sitting down with us to discuss the intricacies of his latest and greatest venture, the high-powered multimedia company known as Fanboy Entertainment!  He’ll also be discussing the first two releases from the comic-book publishing arm of his company, Warrior Breed and Rise of the Golden Dragon!  Will such titles offer readers anything new and exciting?  Just what is Mr. Cooley’s game plan?  How will the FBE universe differ from that of other, more established publishers like Marvel, DC, and Valiant?  Will there even be a shared universe for FBE characters, or will each title tell its own self-contained, serialized story?  Just what does it take write, draw, and publish your own comics?  What does the future hold for Fanboy Entertainment?

We’ll also be reviewing Jurassic World!  Is a sequel or a reboot?  Does it retcon The Lost World and Jurassic Park III out of the “official” continuity of the franchise?  Is it a worthy successor to the classic original?  Is it better than the last two entries?  Is Chris Pratt becoming the movie star of his respective era?  Is it worthy of the record-breaking box office success that it’s had so far?  Does that success signify the next phase of Blockbuster filmmaking?

We’ll also be celebrating the 40th anniversary of Jaws!  Is it truly the first summer blockbuster?  Can it be considered Spielberg’s best blockbuster?  Can it be classified as a horror film, or is it a high-seas adventure with elements of horror?
