In this show I will be speaking with SGT Steve Rosen and discussing his new book Operation Motivation.
SGT Steve began his own health and fitness transformation several years ago after becoming fed up with being overweight and out of shape. He took action by learning to eat healthy and exercising. His quest for knowledge sent him on a journey where he has earned several health and fitness certifications. He has had an amazing transformation both inside and out; however, it was not without challenges and struggles. Over time, SGT Steve saw that others were facing the same challenges as him, which led to him writing the powerful book 'Operation Motivation - The ultimate guide to crush your fitness excuses'. In this book he goes into how to find and maintain the motivation required to make lasting changes with eating, exercise and an overall healthy life. He also brings tips, strategies, and encouragement for overcoming obstacles like peer pressure, slow results, illness/injuries, excuses, and body image.
SGT Steve retired from the Army in May 2013 and holds the following certifications:
