The "Gingrich Revolution" of 1994 swept the GOP into power on the promise that government would be re-made along conservative lines. But half a generation later, government is bigger and more costly than ever. What happened? Stephen Slivinski, the former director of budget studies at the Cato Institute and author of "Buck Wild: How Republicans Broke the Bank and Became the Party of Big Government" joins us to discuss the foundering revolution, and whether there's any hope for conservatives in the years ahead.
