  • Dave Kane & Riki: Ormus And The Science Behind Monatomic Elements

    in Science

On the January 28, 2015 edition of "Nature Of Reality Radio" I welcome Dave Kane and Riki to talk about ormus elements which are atoms in an orbitally rearranged, monatomic state. Ormus appears to be a fifth state of matter–solid, liquid, gas, plasma, and ormus. To date, at least forty-four elements, from hydrogen to potassium to gold, have been observed in the ormic state.
Ormic elements are monatomic, not part of chemical compounds. They have unusual properties. There is considerable evidence that ancient societies utilized elements in their ormic state. These materials have been called by various names at different times, but their properties are recognizable from their descriptions. The ormic state contains “high spin,” “Cooper paired” electrons.
Five percent of the dry weight of the human brain and nervous system are composed of ormic elements (and perhaps five percent of everything else as well). Ormic elements are essential to the structure and function of all living things.

  • Mindfulness stress management

    in Psychology

    Creating a mindfulness skillset:
We are hardwired to connect. The mind's default setting  gets stuck on being busy.  It's as if our we are becoming utterly  self-seeking,  wrapped up in our daily to-do list,   losing  perspective of the world around us.  Change your thinking and you change your life.
Mindful Breathing.  Pay attention to the in-breath and the out-breath – using each to cultivate a feeling of joy in being alive.
Concentration. Go deeply within the process of breathing, following in-breath and out-breath fully until no other thoughts are present. From the beginning of the out-breath to the end of the  out-breath, mind is always with it.
Awareness of the Body. The discipline involves shifting awareness from the breath to the entire body. Breathing in. I am aware of my body. Breathing out. I am aware of my body. Mind and body become one reality. When your mind is with your body, you are well established in the here and the now. You are fully alive. You can be in touch with the wonders of life that are available in yourself and around you.
Releasing Tension. When you are truly aware of your body, you notice there is some tension and pain in your body, some stress. The tension and pain have been accumulating for a long time and our bodies suffer.  Our mind is not there to help release it.
Walking Meditation. You don’t have to make any effort during walking meditation.  You are there, body and mind together. You are fully alive, fully present in the here and the now. With every step, you touch the wonders of life that are in you and around you. When you walk like that, every step brings healing.

From astronomy to medicine and every discipline in between, science gets us talking in record numbers. Whether you know more about Big Bang Theory the TV show than you do the cosmological model, you'll find thousands of answers on BlogTalkRadio from scientists, historians, authors, TV stars and more about popular topics like biopharmaceuticals, hydroponics, geology, solar energy, climate change, forensics, creationism vs. evolution, quantum physics, stem cell research, even UFO and Bigfoot sightings. You'll also find a full range of mental-health discussions on seasonal affective disorder, behavioral therapy, depression, codependency, schizophrenia, parapsychology and everything else that may confound, and astound, us.
