Kilgore-Groves began  the Annual Black Women’s Expo and Job Fair as a breakfast meeting in year 2013 with the hope of supporting and sharing her knowledge with just a few entrepreneurs. First an entrepreneur, business owner 24 years she is a master level mental health professional, licensed school social worker and teacher.
