This episode continues from the last one re: ISON in that Rev 21 is deciphered. New Heaven and New Earth is referring to the New Abode of the members of the Evolutionary Level Above Human, whose cloaked spacecraft is the size of the specs given later in chapter 21 approx. 1363 miles square which is interestingly the size of the planet pluto and may have some size comparison with the object allegedly leaked by four NASA employees who subsequently were fired, photographed as following behind ISON which looks like an Armada and/or a debris trail that in part is being rained on the sun as we speak and each time we see an Ison object go into the sun, we see an immedieate and huge flare shoot out from the sun that can't help but look planned and even given as a photo op. This object that bpearthwatch youtube site is calling Hercubus, which I don't know that meaning of nor agree with the host of that sights ideas about God does do some good work it seems though he may be a leak designed by a gov't agency as there is an interest in informing the more interested of the pubic to the many things being witnessed in the literal heavens that are blowing the minds of everyone in the know. In any case if this pic is genuine it is likley the "holy city", the one that does not have it's foundation on the Earth sposken of as the new jerusalem which was moved from the middle east of 2000 years ago as Jesus indicated. Ti and Do created a movie script in 1985 that showed Pluto to be a spacecraft that was hollow and was filled with labs. I suspect what we are seeing as ISON are the seven angels with vials/bowls who are to begin delivering their  "medicine" in the form of plagues to some humans and geographies.
