For the hypocondria...I told her it was hypocondra and water would help. This really worked on days her dad would go back off shore and she would feel "ill" at school I explaned to her teacher and her teacher would say "Oh it must be your hypocondria why don't you get some water" sometimes she would let her put her head down for a min and then it would be over. This lasted from K-2 grades. Hope it helps.
