April Morse has been working at Weber’s Cabinets since 2001 with her dad. With the economy tumbling it has been a real struggle starting since around November of 2006. She has seen sales decrease from that year up to now. "My dad has always had the philosophy to “build a high quality cabinet at a fair price” which I believe in with great fervor. I also have learned that if you can’t beat them join them in a since that we have been building parts and pieces for the big cabinet manufacturers that sell to Lowes and Home Depot. We got ourselves in there somehow, because more and more builders don’t use custom cabinet builders. My dad is always telling me to look outside the box and find new ways of selling our products. We are at a beginning stage with our new vendor Williams-Sonoma and I am so looking forward to what the future holds." Please join us to talk with April and hear her story. It's a great view of how to be innovative and think outside the box! Friday, September 3rd at 9:00 am PST. April Morse, Weber's Cabinets, Inc. www.weberscabinets.com
