Part 1 –Placing a child for Adoption -  GUEST: Karin Matula, Outreach Supervisor at Gladney Home for Adoption (www.Gladney.org)

Placing a child for adoption is a very difficult decision. Many times, adoption leads to a complete relinquishing of parental rights and offers no guarantee that the biological parents will be able to interact with their child in the future.

Yet some parents find themselves in situations where they are unable to provide for their child, be it financially or emotionally. When this occurs, adoption can lead to a better life for the child, and there are pros and cons to such a decision.
