Trapped By This Thing Called Love - From the outside looking in, Leeani has it all. A good job working as a Nurse Practitioner, a loving family and two best friends, Yashira and Essence, who are more like sisters. The only thing keeping her down is her no good boyfriend, Jamison, who has proved time and time again, he has no respect for her. Fed up with being trapped by his toxic love, she leaves behind everything, including him and leaves for good. Things gets crazy when Leeani refuses to go back to him.

When Essence thinks about her life and accomplishments she has made over the years, it makes her beam with joy. On top of making her dreams come true, and having two handsome boys, she also has the best husband a woman can ask for. But when secrets begin to unravel, a once happy home is turned upside down quickly.

Yashira is a stay at home mother of three beautiful kids and she wouldn't have it any other way. Growing up in the environment that she did, her number one goal is to always be the best mother she can be to her babies, and the best wife to her wonderful husband, Adonis. But when life gets in the way of her family's happiness, she realizes that family is the most important thing. Yashi tries to rekindle things with the woman that birthed and abandoned her, but things get ugly fast. With everything thing going on in her life, she tries to figure out how to tell her loved ones the big secret that she's being holding onto for a very long time.

Come along the journey as Leeani, Essence, and Yashira goes through their toughest trials and tribulations. With so many bricks and stones thrown their way, would it break them? Are they ready to fight battles that if they lose, they could possibly lose everything?
