While we are real estate agents - we never want to be the Realtor Nightmare you may have heard about or even experienced.
Everyone is saying they are nevou - best - fantasic - a new face - something you'd not expect - etc...
My suggestion to seperate the wheat from the chaff is to interview several real estate agents before settling down with any.
And let them know you are interviewing multiple real estate agents.
You may be surprised what that "little bit of pressure" can produce in showing you someone's true colors!!!
