The games that some agents play will never cease to amaze me.  We had this happen when showing one of those real estate listings that was only going to be shown during a two hour period between the hours of 6 and 8 pm ONLY...   Also, the showing was only on one day of the week.  However, the listing agent was able to leave the listing available for two weeks preceeding the date.  Apparently the Board of Realtors was okay with it.

More Importantly, the other agents must have been "okay" with it as well.  While inside the home, with a lot of other "competition" - not just ont he "agent" side - but from Buyer to Buyer.  I noticed something strange. Buyers can get "catty".  They were sizing each other up and I heard someone remark under the breath, "I bet they cannot afford this home.."

We are REMAX's paris911 Team of Realty Professionals.  while inside of the property a "prospective buyer" said aloud they knew that someone died in the property.  She did not say this once, it did not slip out, this was deliberate and on purpose.  This was a subtle attempt to dislead and unmotivate the other buyers in the home.

I asked the listing agent, and he said, as far as he was aware, there was no such event, It was worth asking.  Be Safe - We are Realtors for the Paris911 Team.
