Who wouldn't like to manage the stress in their daily life? Of course, the idea of ‘managing stress’ is not only an oxymoron, but also incredibly arrogant… how can one person ‘manage’ all that schmutz? Enter Valery Satterwhite. Her website, www.moxietherapy.com, is a place of laughter and sanity, with reality thrown in dressed in Prada pumps! In other words, my kind of girl! As she says, unlike touchy- feely self-help ‘gurus’, she’s been there and walks her talk each and every day. What she shows people how to do is how to help themselves experience feeling special, unique and really good – from the inside out – and expressing their individuality at its highest potential. This superpower is what she calls Moxie! She is kindly going to spend a half hour with us, helping us cut through the schmutz and maybe putting our feet on the yellow brick road of sanity!
