Join me today as I welcome Shoshanna Katzman. Shoshanna is the founder and director of Red Bank Acupuncture and Wellness Center since moving to Red Bank in 1988. She has both a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine and in Acupuncture and has been a practitioner of Tai Chi and Qigong for over thirty years. She loves being an acupuncturist, herbalist, tai chi and qigong teacher, energy body specialist, and author, being able to give in so many diverse ways. She also loves to be on television, radio and in print media. Shoshanna is the author of Qigong for Staying Young: A Simple 20 Minute Workout to Cultivate Your Vital Energy, Avery/Penguin Group USA, October, 2003 along with a companion DVD and videoproduced by Swing Pictures, LLC. Shoshanna was the first woman President of the National Qigong Association and currently is an Editorial Adviser for Body & Soul Magazine. She is President of the New Jersey Acupuncture Examining Board, producer of annual women wellness conferences and co-author of Feeling Light: The Holistic Solution to Permanent Weight Loss and Wellness Avon Books, 1997.
