DJ Bean, 15 year veteran Commercial Real Estate Agent will share about how much he loves canvassing for tenants.  He proves that attitude is everything!

As a commercial real estate professional with Cutler Commercial and with more than 15 years of business experience in the Phoenix, Arizona, DJ Bean says it’s all about the people and market experience. “The only way to get results in this business is to get out on the street; know
your market, know your city, and most importantly, know your client.” Before joining Cutler Commercial, DJ was part owner of Ultra Dry Cleaners, the third-largest dry cleaning business in Arizona that had opened 75 locations statewide. He had full responsibility for site acquisition and lease negotiation for this business. He successfully opened the last six stores.

Prior to the dry cleaning business, DJ owned a graphic design studio that specialized in advertising and marketing. Armed with his degree in visual communications and his eye for aesthetics, DJ successfully negotiated three different leases for this business.

All of these experiences have helped him build productive relationships with landlords throughout the Valley. He is dedicated to providing focused, conscientious representation for his clients. His client list includes national recording act Jimmy Eat World, Rent-A-Center,Infospace, Rural/Metro-Southwest Ambulance, Cottman Transmissions, Starving Students and Ultra Dry Cleaners.
