The Importance of Courtesy

Our guest this week is Anthonette Klinkerman, sometimes known as "The Colonel", the Chief Etiquette Officer of Courtesy Bootcamp.  She'll be talking about what used to be called "common courtesy", although it really has become UNCOMMON courtesy.  Anthonette will be sharing how we can differentiate ourselves by treating others with courtesy on the phone, in the car, in our businesses and in our lives generally.  Anthonette is a fabulous speaker and courtesy coach and as much fun as you're allowed to have on the radio.  We hope you'll tune in Tuesday night at 8:00 EDT.
