Most New Year resolutions fail. Some say it is because they are not important enough to the person who makes them. While that might sometimes be true, it can just as well be true that it is important for the person but they need some tools to make things happen. As a coach I strongly believe in the latter. It is possible to vet the goal - before you make your resolution. By doing a bit of groundwork before you make the resolution and then by applying these three tools, it is quite possible for you to be able to keep your resolutions stick until you succeed. It can be done and I share my own story of how I was able to quit smoking.
