The holidays of Veteran's Day and Thanksgiving remind us to be grateful.  Gratitude is defined and demonstrated in many different ways.  While it is easy to have gratitude for the things that we enjoy and see as blessings in our lives, some of us find difficult to apply the same principle to the people and events that challeng us and take us out of our comfort zones.
