Geoff Laughton has never forgotten how it felt to live a life that was rote, uninspired, well-paying, and yet extraordinarily “dead.”  When he looks back at his life as a very successful corporate executive, he can only remember himself then as a card-carrying member of the walking dead.

Geoff Laughton:
I was very high-functioning, climbed the ladders that my family had raised me to believe were the marks of success, got to a salary that I couldn’t have imagined I’d ever make; yet, by 34 years old, internally, I was beyond comatose.  The one thing I had going for me in those days was my family; however, I was such a workaholic that my wife and children rarely got to have much of me, other than the flat, “dead” version of me.

Fortunately, full physical and emotional breakdowns suffered at 35 led me, kicking and screaming, into a path of working on myself and seeking to get healed that changed me forever.

Finally having no choice, I began the journey of healing that involved many transformative workshops, retreats, and working with Spiritual Masters. Through all my studies and experiences in my healing journey, I have deeply re-connected to a profoundly abiding love for Spirit to which I have devoted my life to nurturing, sharing, and teaching others to cultivate.http://geofflaughton.com
