Ruby Cantu

Ruby is the Co-Host of The Padded Room Unlocked & Unplugged with Tracy Radford. Ruby’s involvement is inspired by a desire to share encouragement and information on various topics garnered over life experiences. Ruby was diagnosed with scoliosis in 1980 and had her first back surgery in 1982, her second surgery was done in 1996 and the last 2 were in 2009. Ruby has worked in the beauty and healthcare industry, retail, law office, and lastly in the oil & gas industry before taking a medical leave. Ruby also worked with the Tom Green County Crisis Intervention Unit and as an advocate for victims of Domestic Violence as well as serving on the Community Action Council as a parent liason.
