Ep 82 - Lisa Doll & the Rock'n'Roll Romance

Lisa Doll writes upbeat, fast-paced, and catchy music that spans pop, punk, and rock n roll. She performs live with a backing band that comprises the "Rock n Roll Romance." She started the project in the Summer of 2012 where she released a 6 song demo called "New Blue EP" and then later released a 7" called "Neon Heat" in Oct 2013 on Chucks Records. She has been compared to 70's punk icons such as The Ramones and Nikki Corvette and has appeared on Chicago's Chic a Go Go. Lisa Doll is also a Tattoo artist, Illustrator, and Indie Comic artist! Her comic is called "FREE CANDY" which is semi-autobiographical and covers her experiences being in a band and the tattooing and music scene.
