Number of teens looking for best & right weight loss programs for teens increases each week because of images of "perfect bodies" that are delivered by celebrities in the magazines and TV! Lots of teens are intimidated by perfect bodies of celebrities & want to perfect their look. Sad fact is lots of teens are now following ridiculous hunger diets & Hollywood diets, which do not even work well & deliver many health issues that overshadow pros of losing your weight! My suggestion to teens who want to lose weight and burn stomach fat fast is stop what they are doing & stop diets that you are making use of now & read this carefully since it can change the way you work out and diet, you can start having fast success while losing weight! Stay clear Weight Loss Plans that will involve starvation cause health issues & nutrition problems. Stay clear of the weight loss programs that have something to do with the Hollywood diets since they are wrong. Reason why celebrities lose lots of weight is just because they have their own personal trainers & fitness trainers who they pay fortune for! Lots of you cannot afford personal trainer in order to make you lose some weight & make you work out correctly so you require something else, which works very well!

This is an approach to have around encouraging summer learning
Marsha Finkelstien, of www.movingbeyondcoaching.com, recommends that parents and their tween/ teen use the summer break to have conversations around learning that are fun.

One way to do this is to have your tween and teen share with you their knowledge of their social media tool of preference.

Also, set aside some time to create a family technology plan
for the summer that would idenitfy:

daily times to use the internet
what are appropriate sites to use
what is appropriate information to share on these sites

Yes, if you and your tween or teen have not had the conversation around the appropriate information to post on a social site now is the time!

Use any of the major job posting site ( monster.com, yahoo jobs, your local newspapers on line resource for jobs and resume writing)
They have great suggestions for parents to help set guidelines around appropriate information to share on these social sites. Tweens and teens are operating from an very fluid perspective-- they see social media-- posting of pictures , etc as a very temporary process.
What a tween/teen may not realize is usually the information on social sites belongs to the entity running the site after it is posted.
It may stay on the site even after your tween or teen thinks it has been removed.
'Email is forever' Is a standard operating perspective that many large corporations have in their employ handbooks. Message here: if you do not want your boss/enemy to see it don't post it.

It actually goes back to the age old adage: if you have nothing nice to say -- say nothing.

You and your tween/teen need to educate yourselves around what prospective employers find in social media networks in checking job references --especially for the summer job opportunity that may be a part of the summer plan.
