Corruption on the Automotive Task Force - May 28,2009

The problem with the Government becoming involved with Private Enterprise has been put into stark display during the Chrysler bankruptcy proceedings.

There is mounting evidence that decisions on which dealerships to close were based, at least in part, on who the owners of the dealership supported in elections. There is also a thought that pro-Obama dealerships are not only staying open, but are having their competition eliminated.

If these theories prove true, this would represent one of the most dispicable acts of corruption the federal government has ever been involved with, surpassing by far the Nixon Watergate Scandal.

Further, if it is proven that President Obama is involved, I believe this would constitute High Crimes and Misdemeanors and require the consideration of impeachment.

One thing is certain at this point - an official investigation into this situation is warranted.

It will be interesting to see how the current party in power and the national media addresses this growing scandal.

The planning for the creation of the current Empire began with the public murder of the Republic that started with the swearing-in of Gerald R. Ford on August 9, 1974. That was almost 28 years before September 11, 2001. Ford brought many of the players, from the current Nest of Vipers into the US Government for the first time; including Dick Cheney, as Ford-the-puppet began this final scene in 'The Death of this Republic.' Gerald R. Ford: Name at birth: Leslie Lynch King, Jr.? "Gerald Ford became president of the United States after the Watergate scandal forced Richard Nixon from office in 1974. Though he served as president for only 29 months, Ford is now widely credited with restoring public faith in the office of the president after the scandals of the Nixon years. Ford graduated from the University of Michigan (1935) and the Yale University law school (1941) before serving in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was then a U.S. Congressman from Michigan from 1948-73. Known as a steady and loyal Republican, Ford was appointed vice president in 1973 when Nixon's previous vice president, Spiro Agnew, resigned after pleading no contest to a tax evasion charge. Nixon himself resigned on 9 August 1974, and "Gerry" Ford took office the same day, telling Americans that "our long national nightmare is over." One month later Ford granted Nixon a full pardon for any crimes. Ford chose as his vice president Nelson Rockefeller, the former governor of New York and grandson of oil magnate John D. Rockefeller. Ford ran for re-election in 1976, dropping Rockefeller as his running mate in favor of Bob Dole. They lost to the Democratic ticket." It was just four years later, in California 1978, that this hard-core battle-plan to take over the nation began to take shape. For decades police and prosecutors in this country had been outraged over the granting of Miranda Rights to and for US criminal suspects. It was almost 'policy' to oppose all rights, within the justice system, for the accused, while continuing to press for evermore police freedoms to 'arrest & investigate' without hindrance of so many of the protections from the government that were beginning to be seen by the public as "necessary." In 1978, in Ronald Regan's California the foot-soldiers of the Reagan machine began to create their treasonous plans to change all this, and to do away with those they saw as having been "too soft on crime & criminals." To accomplish this they settled on using an unusual ploy; they decided to nationally emphasize the plight of "The Forgotten Victims of Violent Crime" in order to eliminate the citizen's protections from the government that these victims actually required, if anything was to ever change. The California Chamber of Commerce and the California District Attorney's Association decided to put together a book on this topic that would highlight Elder Abuse, Child Abuse, Rape Victims, Youth Violence, Recidivism and "Terrorism"? I was asked to illustrate this project. So, believing that I was helping those without a voice, I did the illustrations. A Victims Bill of Rights for California was later created thanks in part to this effort, but what was clearly established by this book and its various applications, was the public mindset that is currently known as "victimhood.' (1) In the course of trying to flesh out the topics for the book, I met with a woman in Sacramento, or rather I spoke to someone inside a sealed room, who remained on the other side of an inch thick bullet-proof glass partition as she tried to warn me about 'the very real threat of Terrorism' as this topic was "seen-then" by those insiders that mattered in 1978. I was somewhat puzzled that the prosecutor's and their political-paranoia had reached this apparently extreme place- but the deadline for publication was near, and they were impressed with the image-so I finished it. I had been told that this project would be something that California could use toward creating a California Victims' Bill of Rights; but not that 100,000 of these books would be quietly circulated in Washington, behind the scenes to enhance the political clout of George Deukmejian, who was then California's A.G., but who was also running for Governor at the time. Apparently the Terrorism piece in this ploy was to assist the Regan Machine that began the Regan Revolution in 1980 that ultimately led to meltdown we're now living in. After the book was published I read with horror, the article that went with the illustration that reads in part: "The expectation that the US government can eradicate terrorism is predicated exclusively on the implied intelligence capability of the law enforcement community but the vitality of that erstwhile superior capability no longer exists. It has been gutted by the US Congress in an avalanche of expedient legislation alleged to soothe citizen concern over real and imagined intelligence abuses. The law enforcement community has been stripped of efficiency by governmental edict and can no longer guarantee protection of the American public. The baby has been thrown out with the bathwater. The mania over privacy has become a fraud on the American public. Whose civil liberties are being protected the bombers or the victims? Does a terrorist have a legitimate right to privacy? Is it possible that the civil liberties of a bomber could be offended by a wiretap? For practical purposes, the federal government has backed itself into the unfortunate position of keeping Americans safe and secure from the FBI while at the same time guaranteeing their position as potential victims of the terrorists." When we look back over the political lives of Cheney & Rumsfeld, along with the other 'crazies' that have been with us since Ford opened the flood gates of this continuing treason against us all it's easy to see how our defenses were destroyed, one-by-one. With George Bush Sr. in charge of the CIA massive amounts of damning evidence disappeared in government shredders; while the public was focused on things like the abuses of power that surrounded the whole of the Nixon administration. The Empire began to perfect this idea of pointing one way while they acted on the exact opposite of what they demanded that the public be concerned with. While Congress was enacting protections from the government in the wake of Watergate, the real criminals were imbedding themselves ever-deeper in the treason of stealing the actual functions of the government from any oversight by what then-remained of a representative democracy. The above illustration is how I chose to recycle the image from 1978, in order to atone in part for how I might have assisted in bringing on this nightmare in the first place. As for Nixon; his impeachment was halted by his 'voluntary' resignation because Tricky Dick had warned the congress that if they went through with their threat of Impeachment; he would take all of them down with him. That was a very real possibility even then, because the corruptions of the government had already gone far beyond anything imaginable at that time. These are just a few of the thoughts that came to mind yesterday, while I was thinking about how this nightmare came to be even remotely possible. Or how it happened that Dick Cheney (Halliburton, KBR & Blackwater) had his own private shadow government and private intelligence services that he used throughout the run-up to the Iraq War-to silence any opposition to our stated purposes for that invasion. Or Rumsfeld and his connections to a hugely corrupt Pharmaceutical giant (mandatory vaccines), as well as to the arms and munitions suppliers that were getting filthy rich as they supplied the wars: Does Rummy still have an office in the Pentagon under Obama? But ultimately: regardless of whether or not these cave-men are actually in-office or just in the basement somewhere: they have never really been out of government since August 9, 1974. No wonder we remain firmly rooted in denial as we very slowly discover that we have, in realty, been buried in treason and tyranny for decades now. On Nov 4, Election Day, Ashtar made a clear statement: "NESARA IS NOW THE LAW OF THE LAND!!!"

When George W. failed to comply with Basel II by the deadline on 9/30/08, he forfeited his power. The next day, Oct 1, 2008, Basel II went in to effect and the King of Swords exercised his Martial Law Authority to advance program funds to comply. KOS sent in teams to the major banks to replace the ousted ones and to prepare the infrastructure for NESARA. All Gold and Precious Metals backed currency are now in the banks and await the signal to commence operations INSIDE NESARA Law.

On Oct 2, we officially were placed within NESARA Law, not under or Inside. W and VP were placed under House arrest and Nancy Pelosi exercised some of her emergency powers as Acting President. NONE of this was officially announced.

Faction two has for years been talking about "Packages and Deliveries". That is all Faction Two Fiction and was connected with their own Faction One/Two Banker Plans and Country Settlement funds, which will NOT be paid to criminals at any level, as it is also stolen money.
The President of Germany has also been a double agent because she knew where the Gold was kept after it was removed from the Philippines in 1994.

Faction Three has had the Sole responsibility for economic blessings since the '70s. All such are safe and complete instructions will be contained in the documents all recipients of the programs will receive by men working for the King of Swords and not any private delivery services as has been suggested by others.

Faction Two Fictitious packages have nothing to do with the 78 Programs which are part of NESARA's funding.

As we have been advising for some time: Only Lady Master Nada can Announce NESARA and NO Deliveries will commence until after she so states on TV, at the time of our Announcement of NESARA.

Not one dime of settlements money has or will be paid to any Cabbalists. Congress was allowed to seal their own fate by the votes of the Senate and House of Representatives. The corrupt ones took the bribes and voted with the Cabal. The White Knights were told by St Germain to go along and to take the bribes and then those funds were sequestered as evidence. Not one dime was spent by any White Knights in Congress. This and several other recent events have taken place so that the corrupt ones would reveal themselves and write their own futures.
St Germain told them: "You have some difficult votes ahead of you. Be very mindful of the implications of those choices. Otherwise I'll see you on the other side of the veil."
So, as many of you have read, much publicity about what Paulson and company thought they had achieved. However, Mother Sekhmet told us that NOT ONE DIME OF THAT MONEY HAS BEEN RECEIVED. You might say that the bait was too irresistible for them to pass, so they went for it, and thereby sealed their fates.

INSIDE NESARA Law means that ACCOUNTABILITY has moved to the top of the priority list. Everyone is NOW accountable for every thing we do.

On Oct 30th, 10,000 ex-bankers, CEOs and associates caught red-handed stealing and fraudulently committing treason. The evidence was considered by Patrick Fitzgerald's 56 Grand Juries which met for more than 3 years. 10,000 guilty verdicts were rendered. Those ones were secretly arrested and temporarily taken to various US holding facilities. The KOE {King of Egypt} was in charge of that operation and ordered them brought to a location in Asheville, NC during the wee hours of 10/30 where all were placed on large transports and flown with FBI, CIA and Military escorts to the Hague. Many clones or holograms were put into place in many of these cases of high profile executives until this final series of actions.

Their crimes mandated the death penalty and they will never return. Many thousands of others have preceded them over the last 1 1/2 years to various confinement facilities in Europe, where average sentences of 25 years were applied by the World Court. This is all happening INSIDE NESARA Law.

On Nov 4th, Barack Obama and many others were elected and their oaths are not old paradigm oaths. All these ones and all appointees since 10/2 and continuing will be held totally accountable INSIDE NESARA Law and will be swiftly removed if they do not fulfill their oaths. Many selections for Cabinet level positions have begun to be made. Most of these ones are old dragon aligned/Rothschild subservient.

During our conference call tonight, Mother Sekhmet said: All of these ones are NOW in after hours meetings at which they are being told: You are on the edge of your destiny, if you do not act appropriately you will be taking yourselves out. The old Trilateral/ CFR/ Rothschild or Rockefeller/Mossad contracts are ended and you are free to determine your future NOW.
The Ancient of Days is the Decider, not the Cabal, and they are being so advised now.
Nancy Pelosi, was called into after hours meetings tonight as well, and was told that 911 Accountability is NOW ON THE TABLE. That will require Congress to convene...and even she did not know that, at 5pm tonight, when she stated that unless Obama calls for an economic stimulus package tomorrow, no Lame Duck Session would be called. Dennis Kucinich and Barbara Boxer have stated on Air America Radio this week that 911 and Impeachment would be the means of full accountability for all these ones. That will now be called into action, in the House and Senate to meet their responsibilities and accountabilities. As many of you know, most of the congressional members will be criminally held responsible for their complicity. About 62 of the present ones are White Knights. The newly elected ones will have to meet integrity, honesty and accountability standards quite new to most politicians or they will be quickly removed and replaced. We have entered the New Golden Era of NESARA.

Barack Obama is scheduled to hold an Economic Press Conference Friday morning. We will see what he has to tell us about his plans.

He is also aware that his alignment with the Rothschilds/Old Dragons is up for abrogation or cancellation. He is also on probation.

If he makes the right decisions he will have the power transferred to him by Nancy Pelosi, because P and VP will be declared dead.

That will come as a complete surprise to the Cabal, which thought that they had 100 days to make mischief,

because Obama wasn't expected to have any authority until his Jan 20th Inauguration.

Three exceptions to the general requirements of NESARA Law involve Bill Clinton, Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama...all have been and still are, double agents, who 'stepped down' and were put back in place until the Announcement can be made. Thus they are White Knights who are still playing out the last steps of their important roles.

IRS is dissolved, except for refunds. There will be simple statements that can be written on any such statements received so that no payments will be necessary, except for requesting your refund check.

Federal Reserve has been absorbed into the US Treasury.
Constitutional and Common Laws, Inside NESARA Law are restored and Statue Laws and Admiralty laws will no longer be the legal standard, even though no reversals will take place until after the Announcements are publicly proclaimed.

We are in the Announcement process since October 2nd.

Every action now must comply with those provisions. Mother Sekhmet said tonight that the meetings underway, as I write this, will change the marching orders of all congressional and other leaders effective tomorrow.

Again, 911 is the key revelation that ties the treasonous deeds of all these ones together.

All arrests and removals will be accomplished prior to the official announcement.
We are now going to see miraculous happenings. Everything you will see was set and is being implemented on an exact schedule determined in 1980 but which could not be revealed until now.

We are going to be astounded by what happens and how fast it happens. Suspend your disbelief and just observe.

It is finally here! The long-awaited, overrated, overemphasized, 100th day of Barack Obama's presidency has arrived. His presidential spacecraft has been orbiting the earth for the past 99 days and now the SS Obama44 has touched down and the disembarking Commander-in-Chief is walking tall on a road of acceptance and popularity that has left many befuddled, bamboozled, and bewildered. How can this be? How can this "young, inexperienced, still-wet-behind-the-ears" former Senator from Illinois still be on his feet? After all, he inherited two very unpopular wars (some of his decisions regarding them were just as unpopular, mainly with his opposers), a devastated economy (his stimulus bill and budget are creating party rifts, creating heated discussions, and attracting tea baggers AKA the mentally disturbed) he has had several recommended cabinet members do an about face (Richardson, Gregg, etc. remember those guys? Tough.), He still has unfilled cabinet positions (some Conservatives tried in vain to derail K. Sebellius' nomination), his presence on the world stage, at least in the mind of his opposers, was less than stellar (although I beg to differ. Quite frankly, he and Michelle had it going on! Our POTUS and FLOTUS represented with grace, beauty, dignity, honesty, sincerity, and in the spirit of unity and brotherhood), he allegedly "bowed" to a Saudi dignitary (oh come on, he was checking out the man's shoes) Michelle touched the Queen (ooh, now old Lizzie girl has cooties! Get a grip, the Monarchy is a joke, and in the 21st Century, we just don't.....well, CARE!), he accused the U.S. of arrogance (So? We are! What do you think referring to ourselves as a "superpower" is? Let me spell it for you, a-r-r-o-g-a-n-c-e), he released the torture memos much to the chagrin of Republicans (their dirty little secret is exposed. And here I was thinking that these 'pure-as-the-driven-snow" frauds were perfect), he wants health coverage and educational opportunities for all Americans (how dare he care about the well-being and futures of America's citizens in the midst of crisis!) he unexpectedly dropped in on soldiers in Iraq instead of Afghanistan (Wow, the ultimate mistake! He must be a mad man for caring much about the men and women who were deceptively thrust into a senseless war with no strategic plan for victory for nearly 7 years), he goes primetime to reach the American public (a President who is eloquent and articulate has the nerve to go before millions to sell his policies? Send him to the loony bin immediately!), he uses a teleprompter (okay, that's it. It is time for impeachment proceedings. A President who wants to stay on point and ensure that he gets his message across effectively, uses a teleprompter as a guide? That has to be against the constitution somehow. Hmm, we'll ask John Boehner to look it up. But he needs to do so very cautiously because President Obama, well,,,,let's just say that he knows a thing or two about the constitution. He was a constitution law professor!), he walks around the white house and oval office without a jacket (he's cool, calm, collected, and comfortable as President. Let me think. We could impeach on the grounds that his shirts and ties are not made of polyester or cotton, but silk! That would certainly validate the "elitism" charge against him.), he didn't throw a crying fit or suffer an emotional breakdown when the party of "no" consistently and unjustifiably rejected every piece of legislation that he proposed (you mean he went around them and got it passed anyway? Put him on Air Force One and fly him into a desert in some remote country, leaving him with only a day's ration of bread and water! That'll teach him to reject partisan politics!) he lands softly on his feet when brutally attacked by the likes of Fox News psychiatric test dummies such as Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, and Bill O'Reilly; deranged, portly, druggies like Boss Hog Limbaugh, and "hole in the cerebral ozone" Michelle Bachmann. What? their insane rants, calls for insurrection, incitement of riots, and stirring of racial division and hatred hasn't knocked him on his back? What's with this guy? 100 days and he's still working hard for the American public, pursuing his vision for this nation, fathering his beautiful daughters, loving his awesome wife, and leading a powerful nation practically unscathed? Well, I don't know about you. But I'm gonna stay strong in my support of President Obama because anybody that can endure the amount of mud and pig slop that has been thrown at him in a mere 100 days, has exactly the type of character, perserverance, endurance, and ability that this country needs to get the train of prosperity back on track and rolling again. I'm willing to wait for the change. The eagle has landed and his wings are strengthened, his span increased, thus giving him room to fly above right wing indignation and self-righteousness, glide beyond partisan and racial bitterness and hate rhetoric, and soar confidently through the first and second heavens, with the hand of God planted firmly in his back. This Is What A Collapse Looks Like

Dear Readers,

Some of you may not realize that Argentina, a country rich in natural resources with a generally well-educated population, has undergone an economic collapse since 2001.

The primary reasons for this collapse are corrupt politicians, and fraudulent banking institutions that colluded to put the country into massive DEBT!

It is true that Argentina is much smaller than the United States, so I am not trying to say this is a perfect parallel to our current situation. What I am saying is that the root cause of our troubles appear to be similar to Argentina’s.

I am presenting for you three short clips from a documentary (there are 12 in total, but you need only watch the first three to get the idea) that graphically details what an economic and banking collapse looks like.

These clips were originally posted on a blog by a fellow who details the daily struggle of life in present day Argentina. As you can imagine, crime is rampant, and self-reliance is key to survival.

Lying politicians, massive debt, corrupt banks…..I don’t want to be alarmist but the governmental corruption that set Argentina’s collapse in motion appears shockingly similar to what is going on here in the USA.

I sure hope we are not going down that path, but Americans like to do everything bigger and more extravagant than anyone else. Why should an economic collapse be any different?

It is very sad that ordinary people are always the ones that get hurt. Big Government, Big Banks, Big Social Programs always get out of control. We in the United States are close to the top of the stairs leading to collapse and our government continues to spend, lie and tell us everything will get better.
A march on Washington DC, one that makes the “Million Man March” look like a Sunday Picnic is needed NOW. We need to let the Congress know that we will not go into collapse without a fight. Throw them out of office, don’t believe the stories they weave, study history and realize spending isn’t going to solve anything.

My continuing effort to rally my listeners is due to the resistance coming from the right-wing noise machine against change. Wanting a continuation of the Bush doctrine is insane, but so was electing him for a second term. While I reluctantly put a thumbs down on impeachment of Bush and Cheney - I have no problem with a thorough investigation of possible crimes committed during their reign of error. It is absurd to think our nation can overcome the damage the Bush cabal did without creating more debt in the form of a stimulus bill. The right-wingers crying "it's too much" are victims of short term memories of the support they gave "W" when he was plunging us into a serious deficit disorder. I am promoting a continuing effort by voters to send more republicans home so our homeland can recover from their errors and omissions over the last eight years. The circus out in Washington, DC., for the unlawful swearing in of the impostor president, Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro and so forth, is now over. All the gushing and slobbering over the trashy looking rag worn by the militant Michelle Obama, has faded into the night. I wonder how many of the mindless mouth pieces giving their commentary about the "wonderful, smart First Lady," know that in 1993, Michelle Obama, was ordered by the Illinois Supreme Court to stop practicing law? The faux First Lady was ordered by the court; it was not her choice. (Click here). The records are sealed by the court so we don't know why, but I am told by lawyers sending me email, it had to be something major for such drastic action.

The A-list stars from Hollywood were out in full regalia to celebrate history: the first African American president. Barack Hussein Obama aka and so forth, is the first mulatto to run for president, but he is not the 44th president. He is an usurper who has committed a horrible fraud on our nation. Someone or a number of people knew years ago that his citizenship would become an issue and began greasing the skids to pull off this fraud.

In 2004, the impostor president unlawfully ran for the U.S. Senate. Allegedly, with help from ACORN and the massive vote fraud we see every election, he won a seat in the U.S. Senate under a law that does not exist. That election was November 2004.

One year later, Sarah Herlihy, an associate at the Chicago firm of Kirkland & Ellis gets her paper published in the Kent University Law Review on line. Herlihy claims in her paper that the citizenship requirement of the U.S. Constitution has been called "stupid and discriminating." Of course, she never tells us who makes this claim. Please note that a partner at the same law firm was one Bruce I. Ettelson, who apparently had a working relationship on finance committees for Obama and buffoon, Sen. Richard Durbin. Herlihy's paper, which shows "author approved editing" as November 23, 2005, is titled, "Amending the Natural Born Citizenship Requirement: Globalization as the Impetus and the Obstacle." In February 2008, Democrats (and one Republican) began pushing legislation on the issue of citizenship:

"...on February 28, 2008, Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) introduced a bill to the Senate for consideration. That bill was known as S. 2678: Children of Military Families Natural Born Citizen Act. The bill was co-sponsored by Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL), Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY), Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ), and Sen. Thomas Coburn (R-OK).

"Bill S. 2678 attempted to change article II, section 1, clause 5 of the Constitution of the United States with reference to the requirements of being a “natural born citizen” and hence; the entitlement to run for President of the United States. This bill met the same fate that similar attempts to change the Constitution have in the past. Attempts such as The Natural Born Citizen Act were known to have failed and the text scrubbed from the internet, with only a shadow-cached copy left, that only the most curious public can find....

"Within only five short weeks after Senate Bill 2678 faded from the floor, we find Sen. Claire McCaskill back again, making another attempt with Senate Resolution 511. On April 10, 2008, she introduced a secondary proposal in the form of a non-binding resolution, recognizing John McCain as a “natural born citizen” in defiance of the Constitution. Curiously, it contained the same identical co-sponsors, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

"One has to wonder — what dire urgency could there possibly have been in persisting with trying to legislate a candidate into being a “natural born citizen”? Certainly providing a birth certificate and reading the Constitution would be more than sufficient. Why did these candidates and their wishful nominees go to such lengths in the Senate when obviously, they had more pressing matters to attend to? And why were there two Senators co-sponsoring such an issue, twice, who were in direct competition with John McCain in the 2008 election?"

Somewhere along the way, the issue of Obama's father being a Kenyan national and under British rule (British Neutrality Act of 1948) surfaced while the new Messiah was being groomed to steal the White House. Obama is a lawyer and has spent a great deal of time around other high power lawyers. Someone along the way said, uh, we have a problem. Beginning not too long after Obama became a U.S. Senator, the thorny problem of the U.S. Constitution had to be dealt with and out comes a paper by his lawyer friend, Herlihy, which opens up the discussion. Next comes the smoke screen legislation which was really to "qualify" Obama. Of course, it didn't work, so with the help of the useful fools in the dominant media and cable news networks like FOX, CNN and MSNBC, the issue was covered up and/or ridiculed as nothing more than sore losers or conspiracy nuts.

There is a conspiracy and a cover up here, just as there is regarding all the documents and records Obama is hiding from the American people.

We know that Chief Justice John Roberts, Jr., met in private with Obama on January 14, 2009. A gross conflict of interest since Roberts is deciding current cases before the court where Obama is either the defendant or the target of the litigation. Roberts' role in the unlawful swearing in of the impostor president was a sobering moment. It made me sick to my soul. The very next day, January 21, 2009, Phil Berg's second case which was heard in secrecy by the almighty Supreme Court last Friday was denied.

The next case to be heard in conference (private) is tomorrow: Lightfoot v Bowen. Dr. Orly Taitz is counsel on that one. Orly also filed a new lawsuit on Monday, January 19, 2009, in response to an Executive Order issued by George Bush, on January 16, 2009. You can read that lawsuit here; it explains the basis of the lawsuit in relationship to Bush's EO. Summons were issued; Federal District Judge David O Carter was assigned. The Case Number is: SACV09-00082DOC. Orly beat the clock with Obama's Chief of Staff, who has such a shady background (Madsen is a die hard progressive Democrat), one wonders how he could get any security clearance at all:

"White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel dispatched a memo yesterday afternoon to federal agencies and departments, directing them to stop pending rules until the new administration has time to conduct a "legal and policy review" of each one. The directive has become a first-day tradition among presidents, dating to Ronald Reagan in 1981, helping incoming administrations put their own philosophical stamp on the regulatory work that is a subtle but potent tool of presidential power. Presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton did the same thing."

The United States Justice Foundation has issued a subpoena duces tecum for Obama's academic and housing records from Occidental College for their lawsuit representing Alan Keyes, et al v Bowen, Obama, Biden, et al. You can view the documents here. Someone asked what will happen if Occidental comes back and says they have no records for Barack Hussein Obama? That immediately raises a red flag and the good folks at the USJF can file a new subpoena for Barry Soetoro, or petition the judge to force this guy in the White House to disclose his legal name so these lawful subpoenas can be served and processed.

There is a new petition to impeach Obama; you can view it here. I wouldn't bother signing it. God bless these folks for wanting to see justice done, but I don't believe this petition will have any impact. First, the incompetent mad woman running the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, will never let such a petition get past her skirt. And, second, while I am not a lawyer, the high crimes and misdemeanors cited, i.e., the fraud committed by Obama, was perpetrated before he was unlawfully sworn into office. Dr. Edwin Vieira explained this in a column last October: "Seventh, if Obama does become an usurper posturing as “the President,” Congress cannot even impeach him because, not being the actual President, he cannot be “removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors” (see Article II, Section 4)."

Furthermore, Dr. Edwin Vieira points out in a column last December, even should all these constitutionally based lawsuits fail with the U.S. Supreme Court, the lawsuits will continue over any legislation signed by the usurper president.

Obama has pulled off this gigantic hoax. For now. Judging by my email and many columns posted the last two days, Americans are discouraged, outraged and just plain old-fashioned whizzed off. Many are saying the Constitution is dead. Edwin addressed that in a column, March 14, 2006:

"On the other side, if "the Constitution is dead", then to what authority can patriots appeal against the depredations of malign public officials and a corrupted electorate? Without the Constitution, patriots are mere dreamers or rebels whom the Establishment can condemn as crackpots or criminals. In short, if common Americans concede that "the Constitution is dead", they will surrender the high ground, the initiative, and even their own best weapon, and put themselves at their enemies' mercy. Moreover, if "the Constitution is dead", how and with what should or could patriots attempt to replace the present political apparatus that oppresses them?"

Those who birthed this republic did not cut and run even when they were bloodied and crawling on their hands and knees. We shall do no less. The pain will be great, but so was the pain of Nathan Hale when he was hung at age 21. Last April, I stood at his home up in Connecticut. It was very quiet and no one was around. I stood there thinking about the patriots of that time. I've been to Bull Run, Valley Forge, the homes of Jefferson, Andy Jackson, Madison, Washington and Gen. Robert E. Lee. Obama has been made powerful by those working to destroy this country. As the impostor president's power has grown, so too has his arrogance which will be his undoing. The day of reckoning for Obama the Impostor President will come.

What about the masses who responded to the prod and voted for Obama? It's being reported that nearly two million people showed up for the coronation two days ago. It would have been convenient to have stands along the way to fit these people for their chains of bondage. I hope you can take time over the weekend to read a document I covered on my radio show as the coronation parties were in full swing. What made millions swoon, weep, raise their hands to the heavens, declare Obama the next Messiah and go over the edge for a nobody with a closed past - besides the color of his skin?

As I told my listening audience, I am not a conspiracy freak. Frequently, I get very angry email from patriots for debunking some popular theories that don't hold water. A couple of months ago, I read this paper and as I read the 67 pages, it all came together. Untold numbers of us couldn't figure out this "Obama phenomenon" and what was causing it....until I read this explanation about conversational hypnosis. Not only did I read it, I spent six hours running down the foot notes and studying Erickson's method used and accepted in the field of psycho-analysis.

Finally, it all made sense. As a lay person not trained and with little prior understanding on this issue, all I could keep wondering is are these people all mad, desperate or did they all take the same pill? No, Obama simply used a technique of hypnosis on mass crowds and turned them into little better than melting butter. A master orator without an original thought in his head, he used his voice and hands to mesmerize.

I learned a great deal from this document. At some point the stupefaction will wear off and millions of people, except for too many black Americans who voted for one half of Obama's race (most of them forget Obama's mother was Caucasian), will begin to wonder why they voted for Obama as he blunders along and the economy worsens. Except, of course, those blinded by skin color. An incredible statement was made by a low IQ minion of Obama's which sends an ugly message:

"...while watching ABC News coverage of the inauguration with my wife over lunch, hosts Charles Gibson and Diane Sawyer were joined by Donna Brazile, a Democratic African-American author, educator and political activist, who gave a humorous account of her snatching the complementary fleece blanket she found abandoned in Barack Obama’s chair after the swearing-in ceremony. Apparently she wanted a souvenir of the momentous occasion and when the opportunity arose, she took it.

"As they all laughed about it, Gibson responded playfully to her candid admission by saying: “We're going to check with the legal staff and find out if that's a felony or a misdemeanor.” Brazile then gave a stern look into the camera and said: “We have a black president – it's neither.

For much of the last forty years, ever since America "fixed" its race problem in the Civil Rights and Voting Rights Acts, we white people have been impatient with African Americans who continued to blame race for their difficulties. Often we have heard whites ask, "When are African Americans finally going to get over it? Now I want to ask: "When are we White Americans going to get over our ridiculous obsession with skin color?< /FONT>
Recent reports that "Election Spurs Hundreds' of Race Threats, Crimes" should frighten and infuriate every one of us. Having grown up in "Bombingham," Alabama in the 1960s, I remember overhearing an avalanche of comments about what many white classmates and their parents wanted to do to John and Bobby Kennedy and Martin Luther King. Eventually, as you may recall, in all three cases, someone decided to do more than "talk the talk."
Since our recent presidential election, to our eternal shame we are once again hearing the same reprehensible talk I remember from my boyhood.
We white people have controlled political life in the disunited colonies and United States for some 400 years on this continent. Conservative whites have been in power 28 of the last 40 years. Even during the eight Clinton years, conservatives in Congress blocked most of his agenda and pulled him to the right. Y et never in that period did I read any headlines suggesting that anyone was calling for the assassinations of presidents Nixon, Ford, Reagan, or either of the Bushes. Criticize them, yes. Call for their impeachment, perhaps. But there were no bounties on their heads. And even when someone did try to kill Ronald Reagan, the perpetrator was non-political mental case who wanted merely to impress Jody Foster.
But elect a liberal who happens to be Black and we're back in the sixties again. At this point in our history, we should be proud that we've proven what conservatives are always saying -- that in America anything is possible, EVEN electing a black man as president. But instead we now hear that school children from Maine to California are talking about wanting to "assassinate Obama."
Fighting the urge to throw up, I can only ask, "How long?" How long before we white people realize we can't make our nation, much l ess the whole world, look like us? How long until we white people can - once and for all - get over this hell-conceived preoccupation with skin color? How long until we white people get over the demonic conviction that white skin makes us superior? How long before we white people get over our bitter resentments about being demoted to the status of equality with non-whites?
How long before we get over our expectations that we should be at the head of the line merely because of our white skin? How long until we white people end our silence and call out our peers when they share the latest racist jokes in the privacy of our white-only conversations?
I believe in free speech, but how long until we white people start making racist loudmouths as socially uncomfortable as we do flag burners? How long until we white people will stop insisting that blacks exercise personal responsibility, build strong families, educate themselves enough to edit the Harvard Law Review, and work hard enough to become President of the United States, only to threaten to assassinate them when they do?
How long before we starting "living out the true meaning" of our creeds, both civil and religious, that all men and women are created equal and that "red and yellow, black and white" all are precious in God's sight?
Until this past November 4, I didn't believe this country would ever elect an African American to the presidency. I still don't believe I'll live long enough to see us white people get over our racism problem. But here's my three-point plan: First, everyday that Barack Obama lives in the White House that Black Slaves Built, I'm going to pray that God (and the Secret Service) will protect him and his family from us white people.
Second, I'm going to report to the FBI any white person I overhear saying, in seriousness or in jest, anything of a threatening nature about President Obama. Third, I'm going to pray to live long enough to see America surprise the world once again, when white people can "in spirit and in truth" sing of our damnable color prejudice, "We HAVE overcome."

The History Channel, in Canada, aired a program on Monday Night, Gangland, or something like that, that dealt with the Mob's influence in Chicago's Politics.

Judges taking bribes to throw cases, and attorneys selling out, to make sure the Defendants walked in the 1970's.

Fast forward 30 years to the same city, Chicago. This time without any Family Members, the Governor, has managed to embarras himself, the city, and the State of Illinois, by attempting to sell the Senate Seat, vacated by the President Elect, to the highest bidder.

I felt relief, and not embarrassed at all, when Lou Dobbs and Wolf Blitzer, flubbed his name, as well as half the CNN anchors. Stewart and Colbert ya done good.

The faster this Goofball leaves the Governor's Mansion the better.

Impeachment is in the cards for this loser. Or did i mean louse?

And President Bush doesn't want to be remembered as a "Herbert Hoover" type of
President. Worse than that,
you'll be remembered as an LBJ Type.

Palin: The show's just starting - Dec 02,2008

In August when John McCain selected Alaska Governor Sarah Palin to be his running mate, with the exception of Bill Kristol and Fred Barnes who still had pheromone up their nostrils from the lunch they had with Sarah in 2007 when the cruise ship on which they were riding stopped in at Juneau, no one else in the “lower 48" (as those of us in the subarctic call the US of A) had heard of the woman. Ninety days and counting later, Sarah Palin and her celebrity have become as ubiquitous a part of the popular culture as Paris Hilton and Madge Ciccone.

Sarah’s speed of light intrusion into the everyday texture of life in America rivals that of the Beatles. And three weeks after the election defeat that John and Cindy McCain climbed into their own car and drove themselves home from while Sarah and her entourage flew back to Anchorage on a private jet, it’s clear that, insofar as the cover of People magazine is concerned, Alaska’s governor-girl is on it to stay.

So for those Americans tired of listening to Sarah’s discordant Matanuska-Susitna Valley Girl syntax and her bubbly expressions of near total ignorance about almost every subject about which she’s asked, my advice is: get used to it. Because the show’s just starting.

The curtain went up the week after the election when Sarah ended the suspense by confirming that if in 2012 God arranged to open the door to the presidency for her “if it is something that is going to be good for my family, for my state, for my nation, an opportunity for me, then I’ll plow through that door.” Since then, at least two web sites - www.2012draftsarahcommittee.com and www.draftpalinforpresident.com - have begun shaking the tree to get God the money he’s going to need to make his candidate competitive in Iowa and New Hampshire.

Two weeks ago Sarah descended on the Republican Governors Association’s winter meeting in Miami like the rock star she’s become. The Linda Ronstadt in her prime of the Evangelical Hard Right. When she walked into the Intercontinental Hotel a phalanx of TV cameras lit up and more than 200 reporters were there to honor her celebrity, while Haley Barbour and Charlie Crist stood unnoticed at the back of the crowd. Next week she’s off to Georgia on the Republican National Committee’s nickel to barnstorm with Republican Senator Saxby Chambliss during the run-up to Georgia’s run-off election for the Senate seat that Chambliss is trying to defend. And from there it’s up to Philly to join other Governors for a meeting with Barack Obama.

My prediction is that for at least the next two years Sarah is going to keep her show on the road because that will be a lot more fun than being Governor of a backwater state that spends most of its time as far out of the limelight in which Sarah has been basking as North and South Dakota do. During the almost fifty years it has been a state Alaska has had nine governors. Other than Sarah Palin, how many people who do not live in Alaska can name one of them? And why should they be able to? Because who cares who the Governor of Alaska is?

That is the obscurity to which Sarah will return if she goes back to her day job. In addition to being no fun, for presidential candidate wannabe Palin, that also is the rub.

When he was asked at the Republican Governors Association meeting to handicap the likelihood that in 2012 God will open the door to the presidency that Sarah has promised to walk through if he does, Utah Governor Jon Huntsman, a chief executive respected for his gravitas, predicted that Sarah Palin’s political future “largely will be driven by the ideas that come out of her system of governance in Alaska,” rather than by her celebrity.

But during the two years that she’s been Alaska’s Governor, Sarah has had no “system of governance,” much less a system that, with her doing the thinking, has developed any new ideas about how to solve any of the major problems that beset the jurisdiction over which she was elected to preside. Instead, what she has had was Alaska oil selling for $120 to $140 a barrel. That allowed Sarah to govern, not by developing ideas, but by writing checks.

At all locations off the grid that distributes natural gas from the Cook Inlet gas field into homes in Anchorage and elsewhere in Southcentral Alaska, and particularly in the more than 200 small Eskimo, Indian, and Aleut villages that are scattered throughout rural Alaska, Alaska family incomes have been ravaged by the spike in the cost of energy, particularly the increase in the price of heating oil in the villages to, at some locations, $9 a gallon. But rather than developing a long term energy plan and then using Alaska’s petrodollars to finance its implementation, Sarah sent every man, woman, and child in Alaska a check for $1,200.

But that was a onetime deal since Alaska oil now is selling for less than $50 a barrel. So what are Alaska families who can’t afford to heat their homes to do next year? In recent months Sarah hasn’t been around long enough to say.

And then there’s the $30 billion pipeline to transport natural gas from Alaska’s North Slope to the Alberta Hub in Canada where from the Hub the gas can be distributed into homes from Illinois east across the Rust Belt and then north into New England. It’s been talked about in Alaska for twenty years. But the pipeline has not been built because building it makes no financial sense. Sarah’s solution to the problem that the cost of construction doesn’t pencil out was to leverage her popularity with their constituents to intimidate a majority of the members of the Alaska Legislature into voting to give TransCanada, a Canadian pipeline company that does not own any of the gas, $500 million of public money to help it pay for a private pipeline.

In 2010 the fact that, notwithstanding the $500 million, the cost of construction doesn’t pencil out will be reconfirmed when TransCanada holds an auction called an “open season” to see whether the three oil companies that do own most of the gas will agree to pay TransCanada the price to transport their gas to the Alberta Hub that TransCanada will have to be paid in order to be able to finance the construction of the pipeline.

When the “open season” is a bust because the oil companies will not agree to pay TransCanada what it needs to be paid, the State of Alaska will be out $500 million and the dream of a natural gas pipeline will be back to being just that, a dream. And the individual responsible for the fiasco will be Sarah Palin. Nevertheless, during the presidential campaign the aforementioned Haley Barbour touted John McCain’s running mate as “a bonafide energy expert.”

And it gets worse. When Sarah was asked on the campaign trail what, being an “energy expert,” she would do as Vice President to ensure that oil and coal produced in the United States is consumed in the United States, rather than transported overseas, here was her answer:

Of course, it's a fungible commodity and they don't

flag, you know, the molecules, where it's going and

where it's not. But in the sense of the Congress

today, they know that there are very, very hungry

domestic markets that need that oil first. So, I

believe that what Congress is going to do, also, is

not to allow the export bans to such a degree that

it's Americans who get stuck holding the bag without

the energy source that is produced here, pumped here.

It's got to flow into our domestic markets first.

Huh? And with an absolutely straight face, John McCain vouched to the nation that Sarah Palin “knows more about energy than probably anyone else in the United States of America.”

Simply put, when the baloney is cut through, Sarah and her patron’s assertion during the presidential campaign that her two-year tenure as Governor of Alaska transformed a University of Idaho journalism major and former local television sports reporter into one of the nation’s most knowledgeable “energy experts” is a canard so risible that privately even Sarah and John McCain must know that the very idea of it is a joke.

The real deal is that the phenomenal 80-90 percent approval rating is a lie. But percentage among some Alaska voters that don't really follow Palin's policy recorded in the first 6months (and which hardcore Palinistas continue to tout as evidence that Sarah Palin is “the most popular governor in America”) was based on $120 to $140 a barrel oil. And to a lesser extent it was based on Sarah not being Frank Murkowski, her predecessor and the most reviled Governor in Alaska history. That approval rating was not based on leadership. And it was not based on Sarah’s development of the new “ideas” that Jon Huntsman has predicted will be the benchmark against which their owner’s suitability in 2012 for high national office will be judged.

Even more ominously for Sarah’s presidential prospects, while she’s still having the time of her young middle-aged life rousing the crowds she continues to attract out on the road that she’s been reluctant to come off of, back home the glow appears to be fading at a pace commensurate with the rate at which the price of Alaska oil has declined. Sarah’s 90 percent approval rating with Alaska voters is now down to 61 percent.

Interestingly, the residents of Juneau were the first Alaskans to pretty much give up on Sarah. Juneau, a small gold rush-era town in Southeast Alaska that today consists of two cruise ship docks, a row of T-shirt shops, and the State Capitol up Franklin Street from the wharf, clings to its status as the state capitol with pathological tenacity. It does so because constant vigilance is the only way that Juneau has been able to fend off the efforts that have been made every ten or twenty years since statehood to relocate the state capitol north to Southcentral Alaska where the majority of Alaska’s population lives.

As part of their defense against efforts to move the capitol, since statehood the city fathers and mothers of Juneau have expected the Governor of Alaska and his family to live full time in the Governor’s Mansion up the street from the State Capitol Building. And they used to expect the Governor to require the members of his cabinet to live full time in Juneau.

More than twenty years ago members of the Governor’s cabinet who lived in Anchorage began weaseling out of relocating by renting apartments in Juneau while they spent more and more time working out of their offices in Anchorage where they continued to live at home with their spouses and children. In 1989 that fact came to public attention when Alaska Governor Steve Cowper had to fire Tony Smith, his Commissioner of Commerce, when the Anchorage Daily News reported that Tony had been collecting per diem for living with his wife in their home in Anchorage when he’d never actually moved to Juneau.

Today even Juneau no longer expects the members of the Governor’s cabinet to move there. But all Governors have complied with Juneau’s rule about living in the Governor’s Mansion. Until Sarah.

During the two years she has been Governor, Sarah bunked in the Governor’s Mansion more often than not between January and May when the Legislature was in session. But as soon as the Legislature left town she flew home to Wasilla to live with her husband, Todd Palin, and her children who still live at home in the house that Todd built for her several years ago on the shore of a lake there. And when she’s been in Wasilla she’s had the politically tone deaf chutzpah to collect the same per diem that got Tony Smith fired. During her first nineteen months in office, out of 570 days Sarah spent more than 300 of them living at home in Wasilla and she collected $43,490 in per diem.

It’s now been three weeks since the election. And Sarah has yet to set foot in Juneau. Next week she’s off to Georgia. And from there up to Philly. By the time she gets back to Alaska the Holiday Season will be full upon her. So it’s unlikely that Sarah will spend another night in the Governor’s Mansion until the Legislature returns to Juneau in January.

When John McCain made Sarah famous and Charles Gibson came to Alaska to interview her where did Charlie (as Sarah, with faux familiarity, called him) go? To Wasilla. And two weeks ago when Greta Van Susteren came to Alaska to interview Sarah where did Greta go? Again to Wasilla. During the interview Fox news broadcast on November 10 Greta asked Sarah whether, given the controversy that doing so has provoked, she planned to continue collecting per diem for living at home in Wasilla. Sarah answered:

The choice there in many months of the Juneau mansion

being re-plumbed and all the improvements being made

in the infrastructure of the Juneau house, where we

weren’t going to be there anyway. Knowing that in the

end it would have cost the state more money to do what

other governors had done and this is either charge the

state for hotel rooms or the state rents you an

apartment like they did for Governor Murkowski. We

said no, we just won’t sell our house, knowing that

we’re going to spend quite a bit of time here,

especially those months where the remodels were taking

place in the governor’s mansion.

“Months where the remodels were taking place in the governor’s mansion?” And the Governor’s Mansion has been uninhabitable while the remodeling has been going on? If that’s true, Greta Van Susteren's interview was the first time that news had been publicly reported in Alaska. By chance, when Sarah was telling Greta that whopper I was in Juneau on a business trip during which I twice drove by the Governor’s Mansion. And the mansion didn’t look uninhabitable to me. It just looked uninhabited.

Sarah Palin’s insult to Juneau has been brazen and unapologetic. But rather than being angry, Juneau seems happy to be rid of her. To the best of my knowledge, over the past two years Bruce Botelho, Juneau’s roly-poly mayor who in 2005 spent $400,000 of the city’s money to sponsor a national competition for the design of a new capitol building as a ruse to keep the state capitol in Juneau, has said nothing publicly about Sarah sticking her thumb in Juneau’s eye by staying home in Wasilla and moving the seat of her government to the state office building in Anchorage to which she commutes when she’s in Alaska and feels like coming into work.

On November 4 McCain-Palin won 59.5 percent of the statewide vote in Alaska. And McCain-Palin won 80 percent of the vote in Wasilla. But McCain-Palin lost Juneau to Obama-Biden by more than 15 percentage points. So what goes around comes around.

But insofar as her presidential prospects are concerned, Sarah’s relationship with the Alaska Legislature when the new one convenes in Juneau in January will be much more important than her nonrelationship with the residents of the city in which the Governor of Alaska is supposed to be living. And between the $50 a barrel and falling price of oil and the resentment that many members of the Legislature feel toward Sarah after she trashed them personally and publicly during the presidential campaign in order to deflect attention from the Legislature’s Troopergate investigation, that relationship could be toxic. And if the Legislature takes Troopergate to the conclusion that the outcome of its investigation requires, that relationship could be worse than toxic.

Troopergate is the local Alaska name for the investigation that the Republican and Democratic members of the Legislative Council, which runs the Alaska Legislature during its off-season, voted unanimously to hire a former prosecutor named Steve Branchflower to conduct. The Legislative Council directed Branchflower to investigate whether Sarah had fired Walt Monegan, her popular Commissioner of Public Safety, because, despite having been leaned on hard and repeatedly by both Sarah and Todd, Walt had refused to violate the State Personnel Act by firing Sarah’s ex-brother-in-law, Michael Wooten, from his job as an Alaska State Trooper.

Sarah first agreed to cooperate with the Troopergate investigation. Then when John McCain selected her as his running mate, she began stone-walling in order to try to run out the clock until after the election. As part of the stone-wall Sarah filed an ethics complaint against herself with the State Personnel Board and then announced that she would only cooperate with the Personnel Board’s Troopergate investigation.

So there were two Troopergate investigations. One that Steve Branchflower conducted for the Legislative Council. And one that the State Personnel Board hired another former prosecutor, an Anchorage attorney named Tim Petumenos, to conduct.

After conducting his investigation, Steve Branchflower concluded that “Governor Sarah Palin abused her power by violating . . . the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act, and that she did so because the evidence before him “demonstrate[d] that Governor Palin and Todd Palin and her family have, over an extended period of time, endeavored to get Trooper Michael Wooten fired from his job as an Alaska State Trooper.” After conducting his investigation, Tim Petumenos concluded that there was “no probable cause to believe that Governor Palin violated the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act . . . in connection with the employment of Alaska State Trooper Michael Wooten.”

There, at present, Troopergate sits. Check. But not checkmate. Because depending on the seriousness with which the members of the Alaska Senate (half of whom are Democrats) take the discharge of their constitutional responsibility, for Sarah there’s real potential trouble ahead.

Article II, Section 20, of the Alaska Constitution provides that “all civil officers of the State are subject to impeachment by the legislature” and that “impeachment shall originate in the Senate.” While the Legislature has not established the legal standard for the impeachment of the Governor, it has established the legal standard for the impeachment of judges, which is “malfeasance or misfeasance in the performance of official duties.”

In the report on his Troopergate investigation, Steve Branchflower advised the Legislative Council that Governor Palin committed “malfeasance in the performance of official duties,” i.e., he advised that she misused her authority as Governor to try to benefit her “personal interest” by settling a private score with her ex-brother-in-law. If that is what happened, Sarah Palin should be impeached.

A one-time vice presidential candidate who is considered an expert on the U.S. Constitution says it is up the electors from the 50 states to make certain President-elect Barack Obama is a natural-born U.S. citizen before they cast votes for him in the Electoral College Dec. 15.

"If they do their duty, they would make sure that if they cast a vote for Mr. Obama, that Mr. Obama is a natural-born citizen," Herb Titus, the Constitution Party's running mate to Howard Phillips in 1996, told WND today.

"I think it should be resolved. The duty is in the Electoral College. Every Obama elector that is committed to casting a vote on the 15th of December, they have a constitutional duty to make certain whether Mr. Obama is a natural-born citizen," he said.

If the electors fail their duty and Obama proves ultimately to fail the eligibility requirement of the U.S. Constitution, there would be only the laborious, contentious and cumbersome process of impeachment available to those who would wish to follow the Constitution, he suggested.

The issue of Obama's citizenship has been in the news for weeks, as multiple legal claims have asserted the Democrat is not a natural-born U.S. citizen. There have been claims he was born in Kenya, that he's a British subject because of his father and that he lost his citizenship in Indonesia.

Two of the cases are pending before the U.S. Supreme Court and several others that have fallen by the wayside.

Also, thousands of people are jumping aboard a petition that demands documentation of Obama's eligibility to hold the highest office in the U.S., not just assurances from party officials.

As of this afternoon, about 70,000 petitioners have joined the effort coordinated by WND founder and editor Joseph Farah.

A report accompanying Farah's petition explains the many questions raised about Obama's eligibility, from an apparently fabricated "Certification of Live Birth" posted online to questions about what nation's passport he used to travel to Pakistan.

One case is scheduled for a conference among U.S. Supreme Court justices Dec. 5. Conferences are private meetings of the justices at which they review cases and decide which ones to accept for formal review. The Supreme Court's website listed the date for the case brought by Leo C. Donofrio against Nina Wells, the secretary of state in New Jersey, over not only Obama's name on the 2008 election ballot but those of two others, Sen. John McCain and Roger Calero.

The case, unsuccessful at the state level, was submitted to Justice David Souter, who rejected it. The case then was resubmitted to Justice Clarence Thomas for conference Dec. 5.

Titus holds a law degree cum laude from Harvard, is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and a long list of federal court districts, and helped found a law school. He told WND the framers of the Constitution specifically wanted the electors, citizen voters from all the states, to determine the presidency to avoid chief executives who are indebted to political parties or court decisions.

In 1788, Titus noted, Alexander Hamilton wrote in the Federalist Papers on the issue of the presidential election that "nothing was more to be desired than that every practicable obstacle should be opposed to cabal, intrigue, and corruption."

"They have not made the appointment of the president to depend on any pre-existing bodies of men, who might be tampered with beforehand to prostitute their votes; but they have referred it in the first instance to an immediate act of the people of America, to be exerted in the choice of persons for the temporary and sole purpose of making the appointment," Hamilton wrote. "And they have excluded from eligibility to this trust, all those who from situation might be suspected of too great devotion to the president in office. No senator, representative, or other person holding a place of trust or profit under the United States, can be of the numbers of the electors.

"Talents for low intrigue, and the little arts of popularity, may alone suffice to elevate a man to the first honors in a single state; but it will require other talents, and a different kind of merit, to establish him in the esteem and confidence of the whole Union, or of so considerable a portion of it as would be necessary to make him a successful candidate for the distinguished office of President of the United States," Hamilton wrote in support of the concept of the Electoral College.

If the electors fail, Titus said, "I think it moots the point."

"I don't think there is anything in the Constitution [that would allow a challenge based on a candidate's constitutional qualifications.]

"It would politically undermine Obama's re-election … and there may be an impeachment if someone concluded he deliberately misled the people, and knew he was not a natural-born citizen," he said.

Titus said the evidence clearly shows there are questions about Obama's birth shows that should be resolved. But he said he doesn't believe the courts will do anything, nor should they.

"If it's revealed it's only going to be [revealed because of] investigative journalism or by Obama himself," he said.

"It's only the Electoral College that has the duty and authority to determine is a person is qualified to be president," Titus said.

"We should act accordingly, get the names of all the electors, including McCain's electors, and urge them to do their duty," he said.

He said, however, the bottom line is that there are some people who would rather ignore the Constitution than dispense with a candidate who may be unqualified.

"Politically, [being ineligible] would be a very serious problem for [Obama,]" he said. "But there also would be people who would only shrug."

"It's up to the people. Essentially the Constitution is a covenant of the people with their government. If the people don't insist on their government officials abiding by the covenant, I don't know what you can do," he said.

Titus said the basis of a natural-born requirement traces back to the Old Testament, where Moses prophesied about the people of Israel getting a king.

"The whole notion of a natural-born citizen is designed for the purpose of making sure that the chief executive would not have politically divided loyalties," he said.

Supreme Court would decide?

Meanwhile, a veteran law enforcement officer and director of criminal justice courses says he believes the 2008 election results ultimately could come down to a decision by the U.S. Supreme Court, which issued a ruling eight years ago that helped put George W. Bush in the White House.

The assessment comes from James H. Hafeman, a veteran of decades in law enforcement who supervised an armed security force, taught criminal justice and directed criminal justice programs in Michigan. He submitted a commentary to WND, outlining his evidence.

Hafeman said his argument is based mostly on the U.S. Constitution, which outlines the requirements for eligibility for president, including that the candidate be a "natural-born" citizen.

While replacing a president is outlined in the Constitution, he warned the replacement of a president-elect who is found to be ineligible isn't simple.

"While many have speculated that an official declaration of Obama’s ineligibility may lead to the appointment of Joe Biden as president, the speculation is inaccurate. Since it was up to the respective political party to properly vet their candidate before a primary election, they may not qualify to be rewarded for their lack of integrity. Additionally there is no separate balloting for president and vice-president; they share the same slot. Obama's ineligibility would effectively void the entire Obama-Biden ticket," he said.

Therefore, he said, other provisions likely would come into play.

"We already know that if two candidates have an equal number of Electoral College votes, the members of the House of Representatives will collectively choose the president. Many citizens have been led to believe that it is the responsibility of the House is to decide the winner by majority vote, but that is incorrect. Members of the House of Representatives from each state would meet in a state-caucus type of meeting and vote with all congressional members from their respective state. The majority of the state's delegation would only have only one vote. Out of the 50 votes allotted among the House of Representative members, 25 plus a minimum of one vote would be required to elect the president," he wrote.

William Ball, a political science professor at Northern Michigan University, has said, "The results of the Electoral College are sent to the president of the Senate, but if there is no winner, then the House of Representatives, not the whole Congress, decides who will be president. But, in this process the State of Vermont or Wyoming with their one vote each would have as much power as California or New York."

Hafeman said the Constitution demands the same process for a situation in which a seated president becomes ineligible, but Obama won't be inaugurated until Jan. 20.

"This may be the first known case where a presidential candidate intentionally attempted to side step the specific requirements of the Constitution in order to run for the office of president," Hafeman said. "The 12th Amendment is quite clear. If the president is found ineligible, the vice-president shall become the president. However, the key is the 'president,' not the president-elect. In other words, if Mr. Obama is found ineligible to hold the office prior to his January 20, 2009, inauguration, the 12th Amendment would not necessarily be the guiding instrument for the Supreme Court.

"The Justices would be free to make their own determination regarding the specifics of the general election," Hafeman wrote.

So, Hafeman concluded, the high court may have to make some decisions.

If the worse fears about Obama's birthplace prove true, Hafeman said, the court will have to decide the consequences for providing inaccurate assurances of eligibility.

"Second, what process will be used to designate someone who will assume the office?" he wrote.

"Since all the secretaries of state will be forced to nullify the Obama-Biden ticket, the Electoral College votes would go to the next highest contender. The principle would award McCain-Palin with the total possible Electoral College votes – all 538 electors," he suggested.

"In the national-interest scenario, the question that might be asked by the Democrats may focus on the question as to whether or not they could hold an emergency national convention in order for the party to re-nominate a president and/or another vice-president candidate. If the Supreme Court declares the entire election invalid, then that may be a possibility, but it is highly unlikely since every other presidential team on the ticket were legitimate," he wrote.

"The Supreme Court may decide a new election is in order and would have to waive the two-term limitations of George W. Bush so that he can remain in office until the conclusion of the election. The continuation of his term is a viable course of action, but it may not be an action favored by the Supreme Court. Instead, the justices may simply view the anomaly as a political race with an illegitimate and disqualified opponent, which would result in a win for the McCain-Palin ticket."

On WND's new forum page, the level of frustration was rising. Dozens contributed their thoughts immediately after the forum was posted:

"What makes Obama non-respon[sive] to the simplest of requests?" asked one reader. "Does he think that it is politically incorrect to ask for authentication of the myriad of facts about himself … Is he testing the grounds to see how far he can play with this charade?"

Other comments included:

"Obama won his first election ever by getting three Democratic opponents thrown off the ballot? He's all for using the law to help himself win. Wouldn't it be ironic if he is not allowed to serve as president due to the law? … Turn around is fair play!

"Even the left-wing liberal news media is beginning to ask the question: 'Who is this man we have elected? We really do not know much about him.'"
"Obama's refusal to produce the ORIGINAL given birth certificate gives us all pause. His silence on these allegations is deafening. The anointed one believes that if he can hold us all back until he's in the Oval Office he's hit a home run and he's 'safe.' Ah, not so! Check your law, Obama, and you will see that even if were to make it to the White House you will no longer be able to hide behind those red velvet ropes."
"There must be something that would have caused him great harm prior to the election, and would have stopped him from becoming elected. What could that little piece of information be?"

When Are WE Going to Get Over It?

For much of the last forty years, ever since America "fixed" its race
problem in the Civil Rights and Voting Rights Acts, we white people have
been impatient with African Americans who continued to blame race for their
difficulties. Often we have heard whites ask, "When are African Americans
finally going to get over it?

Now I want to ask "When are we White Americans going to get over our
ridiculous obsession with skin color? Recent reports that "Election Spurs
'Hundreds' of Race Threats, Crimes" should frighten and infuriate every one
of us. Having grown up in"Bombingham," Alabama in the 1960s, I remember
overhearing an avalanche of comments about what many white classmates and
their parents wanted to do to John and Bobby Kennedy and Martin Luther King.
Eventually, as you may recall, in all three cases, someone decided to do
more than "talk the talk."

Since our recent presidential election, to our eternal shame we are once
again hearing the same reprehensible talk I remember from my boyhood. We
white people have controlled political life in the disunited colonies and
United States for some 400 years on this continent. Conservative whites have
been in power 28 of the last 40 years. Even during the eight Clinton years,
conservatives in Congress blocked most of his agenda and pulled him to the
right. Yet never in that period did I read any headlines suggesting that
anyone was calling for the assassinations of presidents Nixon, Ford, Reagan,
or either of the Bushes. Criticize them, yes. Call for their impeachment,
perhaps. But there were no bounties on their heads. And even when someone
did try to kill Ronald Reagan, the perpetrator was non-political mental case
who wanted merely to impress Jody Foster.

But elect a liberal who happens to be black and we're back in the sixties
again. At this point in our history, we should be proud that we've proven
what conservatives are always saying-that in America anything is possible,
EVEN electing a black man as president. But instead we now hear that
schoolchildren from Maine to California are talking about wanting to
"assassinate Obama."

Fighting the urge to throw up, I can only ask, "How long?" How long before
we white people realize we can't make our nation, much less the whole world,
look like us? How long until we white people can-once and for all-get over
this hell-conceived preoccupation with skin color?

How long until we white people get over the demonic conviction that white
skin makes us superior? How long before we white people get over our bitter
resentments about being demoted to the status of equality with non-whites?
How long before we get over our expectations that we should be at the head
of the line merely because of our white skin? How long until we white people
end our silence and call out our peers when they share the latest racist
jokes in the privacy of our white-only conversations? I believe in free
speech, but how long until we white people start making racist loudmouths as
socially uncomfortable as we do flag burners?

How long until we white people will stop insisting that blacks exercise
personal responsibility, build strong families, educate themselves enough to
edit the Harvard Law Review, and work
hard enough to become President of the United States, only to threaten to
assassinate them when they do? How long before we starting "living out the
true meaning" of our creeds, both civil and religious, that all men and
women are created equal and that "red and yellow, black and white" all are
precious in God's sight?

Until this past November 4, I didn't believe this country would ever elect
an African American to the presidency. I still don't believe I'll live long
enough to see us white people get over our racism problem. But here's my
three-point plan: First, everyday that Barack Obama lives in the White House
that Black Slaves Built I'm going to pray that God (and the Secret Service)
will protect him and his family from us white people. Second, I'm going to
report to the FBI any white person I overhear saying, in seriousness or in
jest, anything of a threatening nature about President Obama. Third, I'm
going to pray to live long enough to see America surprise the world once
again, when white people can "in spirit and in truth" sing of our damnable
color prejudice, "We HAVE overcome."
